    Hi all,

    I am not new to PE, however I have been quite on and off since I began.
    I began my journey in October/November 2016 at BPEL 5.9" and GEL 4.33"(top, middle and bottom shafts).
    Currently, I am at 6.3" BPEL and 4.69"(bottom shaft).

    As a form of motivation and encouragement, I will be regularly logging my progress here henceforth.
    I will be including nutritional supplements as well as exercises that I do, and also sometimes other activities.

            - Phallosan : 1 hour
            - Compressor : 14 reps , 25 - 40 seconds holding each
            - Standard Jelq : 25 minutes
            - Flaccid Bend : 3 reps each side

            Nutrition:
            - Evening Primrose Oil
            - Argenine

            Retrospective: I need to stretch more with the Phallosan

                haha yh everydaynormalguy. Am a big Hunter X Hunter fan
                the phallosan was a pain to buy XD. I hope to gain a lot with it.

                  No,I don`t.I have some cheap extender but I don`t use it anymore.

                              Hi man.You jelq for 30 minutes You got some patience

                              You are doing great PE workouts.I wish you to achive your goal, 20x15 cm sounds good

                              Why you don`t do squats or at least barbell /dumbell lounges in your gym,instead of this leg curls?
