    Starting a new progress log, because a lot has changed since I started in January of this year. Will try to keep this initial post brief and break it up into multiple posts. I can respond with more detail if anybody has questions.

    See my signature. I'm happy with what I've seen so far and encouraged to do more.

    I've been following JP90 off/on. About 4-6 weeks on, 4-6 weeks off on average due to circumstances. Hoping to see even better gains when i get more consistent.

    I want girth, girth, girth, girth. My girth is decent now (~5.4") but my wife can get suuuuper wet, and when she's really into it, very relaxed inside. She has said that sometimes she feels every movement, sometimes she barely feels anything at all. Yeesh. That's one step away from "Is it in yet?" ha (which I occasionally heard from my first wife... sigh).

    Recently I semi-fisted her with 4 fingers almost to the knuckle scrunched together (using only her natural lube). She commented after about how she felt "open like a flower" and how wonderful it was. And with just a little bit of direct g-spot attention after, she squirted a lake. So I know she can take it without pain if conditions are right. I measured this at about 6.5" girth at the widest point.

    My goal of 6.0" girth should get me there, because I'm wider at my base and assume it will remain that way. If girth gains start interfering with oral (she's great at it) or anal (she enjoys it), then I'll re-evaluate.

    My Program
    I've switched to Big Al's Jelq-Free starting this week. It's faster, I see much better expansion from the squeezes, and I don't need to mess with maintaining erection level for jelq.

    I follow the Jelq-Free routine on Tues/Thurs/Sat
    I follow Minuteman's Dry Orgasm guide training on Mon/Wed/Fri

    MMO (Male Multiple Orgasm)
    When masturbating, I can successfully have MMO's about 50% of the time that I try. I'm also getting pretty good at riding a kind of wave near the edge of orgasm which feels a little bit like a really really long dry orgasm...

    I still cum a little, but I barely lose any arousal and can keep going up to 4 or 5 times. I need to work more on strength and technique to perfect them.

    Can't do it during sex yet. Only when masturbating.

    Sensitivity
    I am actively working on improving glans sensitivity through
    * Wearing silicone scar strips on my glans nearly 24/7 (I've also tried saran plastic wrap and silicone baby bottle tips. The scar strips are my favorite.. although much more expensive).
    * Applying alpha hydroxy lotion in the morning
    * Applying retinol lotion in the evening

    The difference is very noticeable. If there is one thing I wish I could evangelize more, it's restoring glans sensitivity for circumcised men who doesn't want to restore their foreskin (I like the circumcised look).

      I have a history of EXCESSIVE porn use. It got especially bad in the last years of my first marriage which had become sexless. I always did a ton of PMO but it was alongside regular sexual activity. However at the end of my first marriage, for about 2 years, it was all porn and no sex.         Glans Ring

        I recently started wearing an all-day/all-night surgical steel glans ring every other day. I like how it looks, I like the weight of it. I'm hoping it will have a beneficial impact to my efforts. The weight helps me stay longer in flaccid state (heal in slightly stretched state). And at night, it helps plump up my head during nocturnal erections. I'm hoping this will be equivalent to a bit of a squeeze on my head every night.

        I remove it every other day because I get a tiny bit sore after wearing it at night. Just a little.

        Vaginal Orgasms

        My wife has never had a purely vaginal orgasm, and we've been working on that a bit. I bought her a book on G-spot Ejaculation, and she can now squirt but doesn't do it as she orgasms.

        She's been able to have a semi-vaginal orgasm without direct stimulation (orgasm pushed against her pelvis for the last 5-10 seconds), while using a dildo. But nothing during sex.

        I think we'll get there eventually. She's said that since she learned about her g-spot and started practicing, she's felt like she really could cum just from it. But hasn't yet. I'm in no big hurry, but would love for us to get to a point where she can cum just from regular penetration.

        She uses a Hitachi Magic Wand, and it's caused obvious desensitization. She no longer cums from oral sex or when I use my fingers. She can't even really cum using her own fingers anymore. I know we've got to dial back usage on it over the long term but it's a hard sell, because this thing really gets her off.

        We've also been exploring some other things like Tantra.           And that's the summary of my current state of affairs. If you actually read it all, god bless you. Ha. At least I can say it felt therapeutic for me to write it all.

          Going forward, I'll probably log each PE session, as well as any noticeable changes in any of the categories above. And I'll try to share any new things I learn for the benefit of the community.

          Today I did 20 squeezes and 250 pendulum swings, per the Jelq Free instructions. In between I did some edging with just 3 start/stops (probably 5 min or less total).

          I measured because, I'm measurement obsessed. Mid girth was a hair past 5.375" and this is pretty consistent for a week now. So I'm willing to claim a 5.4" girth. It has been as high as 5.5" or even a shade over 5.5" but I can't repeat those results. Still, it gives me hope that 5.5" is soon. Then just .5" to go.

          5.75" girth was my initial goal, and it really wasn't until some recent experiences with my wife that I bumped that up to 6"

          So really... only about 1/4" inch to go and I can say I satisfied my initial goal and I'm well on my way to "thick"

            Did a brief edging session last night and measured at 5.5" girth again for part of it. This is a good sign that I've had a small gain. If it still shows that way in a week, I'll officially up my stat to 5.5"

            I remember when I first started, 5.5" sounded like a dream. The start of the so-called Goldicocks range, and I thought I would be happy there. Now I just want 6"

            I think I would stop if I felt like the girth was fully satisfying my wife. But when she says stuff like "sometimes I don't feel much at all," I just can't possibly stop and be happy where I'm at.

              Measuring 5.5" girth every time now, OCCASIONALLY even a tiny bit more (~5.55). My width is now about 2 inches. Previously it was more like 1.8 or 1.9.

              Interesting that my base hasn't grown 1/8th also, so now my mid and the parts just below it are measuring close to the same. Need to make sure my hand is all the way down at the base when squeezing.

              Really happy about this girth increase. My first goal I ever made was 7.5 BPEL x 5.5, with a much stronger desire to reach the girth goal than the length goal.

              Hard to believe I've gained nearly 1/2" on my girth since the start of the year. Awesome.

              When I'm SUPER maxed out on erection (11/10), my length will creep up near 7.5 too. Not quite, but real close. But it's really inconsistent, so keeping that measurement at 7.3 for now. I really haven't done that much stretching this year, but now I am. So I think the length gains will come on their own again. I've been 7.5 before (but at smaller girth).

                All still going well with No Jelq routine. I like how quick it is, and I've seen results from the squeezes.

                The new thickness is especially noticeable from the mid to the top of my dick. The places where I actually squeeze (base and under the head) have no change, but in between the change is noticeable. I've tried to move my hand lower on the base, but it's hard to do.

                So my dick is now nearly uniform except down at the very very base where I have to push my balls out of the way (that's probably 6"+).

                5.75 down at the base, 5.5 in the middle, 5.375 at the top (except RIGHT under my head. it's really small there.. like 5" or less)

                  Awesome gains on girth so far! An almost half-inch increase in girth is significant. You'll definitely get to your 6" MEG goal one day.

                    Tonight is the first night I noticed my length creeping a little past the 7.5" mark. Used to be that sometimes I'd hit 7.5, but when I did, girth took a hit and would drop down to 5.25"

                    But now... finally... I'm hitting 7.5 without girth dropping. And even a tad past 7.5 today when I was really really close to the PONR.

                    Pretty cool. Maybe my tunica is stretching a bit

                      Things are still going well; slowly increasing the volume a little bit each workout and tweaking the no-jelq for a couple reasons:

                      1) Because of the pendulum swings, my ligaments are aching after each workout. So I've kept the volume the same but introduced some mild stretching via jelqing and bundled stretches to hit the tunic more without putting so much pressure on the ligs.
                      2) I like what the squeezes are doing for my girth for the mid and upper 1/3rd. My dick is much more uniform now. But.... my base girth is totally stuck, maybe even losing a tiny bit of size. So I've introduced some jelqs to combat that as well

                      My workout now looks like this:

                      3 days per week
                      Sometimes warm-up w/ a rice sock, sometimes warm-up by edging for a while, then:
                      * 45 squeezes, alternating grips every 10
                      * 50 slow V-jelqs
                      * 50 slow jelqs (palm down)
                      * Edging for a while (sometimes for a LONG while, too long. I need to keep this to 10 min or less)
                      I let myself go completely flaccid, then:
                      * 400 pendulum swings
                      * 3 30 sec bundled stretches (1 straight out, 1 to the left, 1 to the right).

                      On off-days I'm following Minuteman's Dry Orgasm guide, which has various kegels, reverse kegels, and variations.

                      Somedays I wear a glans ring after a workout and sleep with it. I can't say for sure, but it seems to have had a minor impact on my coronal ridge. It might be a big bigger than it was before.

                      Noticed today that my glans is looking much shinier and smoother from the silicone strips.

                      Measurements are finicky and change a bit, but right now looking like:
                      * 7.5 BPEL, sometimes 7.6, when near PONR
                      * 5.375 Mid Girth, sometimes 5.4375, but now it's evenly distributed from mid to circumcision scar. Base is still thicker, somewhere around 5.75 or even 6 if i really get close to the bone.

                        Been thinking about my girth goals, and I think it might be a balancing act.

                        The 6" mid sounds really good, because I think that'll be ideal for vaginal. I think my wife could even handle a little bit more. She gets super wet and doesn't have problems with soreness unless she goes a while without any penetration. Even when we have the opportunity to fuck 5x per day for many days in a row (and I can last a long time each session).

                        But... she really gets off on oral while using a vibrator on herself, and she enjoys anal if it's paired with clitoral stimulation. So girth might be a problem. Length is already too long for full deep throating. I literally hit the back of her throat, though. The woman is amazing. I don't know how she does it without gagging. She's never gagged, not even once. She'll only stop because she can't breathe.

                        We had a talk about PE recently. She knew I was doing various kegel type exercises and edging, but I told her about the squeezes I'm doing.                           Killer session today. Followed the same routine as last time, but at the start of girth work, I did 5 ULI's for 30 seconds each. This was at max erection, which for me is really really hard. Even squeezing super hard, I can barely have an impact on my dick, but it was enough to really fill out the CC and make my glans hard.

                          After, my erection was an 11/10. I didn't have anything with me that I could measure with, but pretty sure my length was longer than usual (I can cheat using the length of my hand from palm to middle finger tip, which is exactly 7.5 inches). Erection angle was killer too. Usually at 100%, i'm at 110-120 degrees or so. Today was more like 135.

                          I'm still not a fan of the pendulum swings. Don't like how they feel on my ligaments, but I feel like I'm making progress. So I won't change anything other than gradually tweaking the volume like I am.

                          Starting on Saturday, I'll be with my wife again (we live in separate cities at the moment). So it will be lots and lots of sex for 9-10 days. Don't plan to do any PE during this time except some light jelqing and squeezing maybe. So it will be my "rest" week.

                            Returned from a week and a half with my wife. No PE'ing during this time, but plenty of sex.

                            Was disappointed to measure at home and my girth was down at 5.25" but length was still up at 7.5"

                            After a full PE workout, girth is back up to 5.375" but no higher. No change in length from the workout.

                            Always a bit demoralizing when girth is lower. Really want to consistently hit that 5.5" mark.

                            In a few months, our separate city living arrangement will finally end, which means I'll need to spend less time on the PE. I'm not fully stealthing, my wife knows I do some exercises, but I'll have much less time.

                            So this begins a 90 day countdown. Hoping to reach 5.5" girth by that time. It will also coincide with my 1 year anniversary of first starting PE. Would give me a .5" length gain and .375" girth gain in one year (although much of that I suspect was EQ gains). Not too shabby, but damnit I want more on girth

                            I'm happy with my length overall. Once I get my body fat % nice and low, my NBP will be 7.25" or so... that's plenty. But more length is welcome as long as it isn't at the expense of girth.

                            [edit] On a side note, when measuring today I set the tape measure at 6" and looked to see how much open air was around my shaft. I don't recommend doing that. lol. You wouldn't think .625 inches is THAT much difference, but I assure you it really is. Doesn't put you in a good mood.
