    Hey guys, it's my fresh start in PE again.

    About me

    Finally wrote a self-introduction in 2017: Had some early success, now I'm back. If you really want to know where I'm coming from, please read it

    Previous log in 2016: c-log

    tldr (Had some early success, now I'm back):
    • started in feb 2016 as young professional
    • driven in career, exercise and PE
    • 2m jelq free routine followed by 1m R's routine (total 3m)
    • +0.4" gains in length and girth
    • got busy with work and petered out of PE
    • ...
    • recent reflections
    • back on exercise and PE and determined do things better than before and not to fall off track
    • kept length gains but seem to have lost girth gains
    • partnered now so PE on the stealth
    • friendly; comments and sharing are always welcome


    Starting measurements

    Feb-Apr 2016 (3 months)
    BPEL: 15cm / 5.9 6.0.1.2.3 (+0.4)
    MSEG: 12.8cm / 5.0.1.2.3.4 (+0.4)

    kept length gains, lost girth gains

    Oct 2017 fresh start
    BPEL: 15.9cm / 6.3"
    MSEG: 12.9cm / 5.0"

    I intend to repeat what I did last year so my starting routine is the Jelq Free Routine.

    Pre-PE supps

    Morning, before PE:

    L-arginine 500mg
    Gingko 750mg

    Jelq Free Routine

    Warm up hot towel 5 mins
    Squeezes 50 (5 x 10 reps)
    Side to side 300 (3 x 100 reps)
    Kegels 20 (4 x 5 reps)
    Warm down hot towel 5 mins

    Day maintenance

    + Lazy ass stretches 40 mins

    Post-PE supps

    L-arginine 500mg with lunch and dinner

      Awesome man! Consider adding l-lysine to your supps. Helps with tissue repair and is cheap! I have also benifitted from making a jelq device and doing 100 jelqs prior to workout. EQ has soared as a result. Keep on tuggin!

        Since I've written my self-introduction, now I have got to get started from this long break. Getting back to the Jelq Free Routine and feeling good with today's workout. The squeeze was fun and my dick got all veiny and bulgy in every squeeze but my fingers got tired. Side to side was a good stretch. Forgot to take my supplements so I took them after.

        Jelq Free Routine

        Warm up hot towel 5 mins
        Squeezes 50 (5 x 10 reps)
        Side to side 300 (3 x 100 reps)
        Kegels 20 (4 x 5 reps)
        Warm down hot towel 5 mins

        Supplements

        L-arginine
        Gingko

          Thanks Ultimate Burrito! What did l-lysine do for you / what are your supps? I couldnt seem to find much clear info on the other supps, e.g. lysine cancelling out arginine? Will go look in the supp shops this week, but if I recall from last year, the only other one I could get was a l-arginine l-ornithine l-lysine combo.

            Increased the sets today. Hands and dick are getting a good exercise today. Took l-arginine after. I've included it in my pinned routine post so that I'll remember!

            Jelq Free Routine

            Warm up hot towel 5 mins
            Squeezes 60 (6 x 10 reps)
            Side to side 600 (6 x 100 reps)
            Kegels 25 (5 x 5 reps)
            Warm down hot towel 5 mins

              Took the supps before this time. I'll also try taking l-arginine 3 times today.

              Did my usual hot towel warm up and down but I'm starting to realize that the towels lose heat kinda fast. Will be on the hunt for a better way if it works. Otherwise, feeling pretty good.

              Jockinthebox's posts on cock rings look interesting. I might explore that. In the meantime I introduced 40 mins of lazy ass stretches today, but my balls are now aching from that haha.

                I take 1g of arginine and 500mg of lysine first thing in morning on an empty stomach before workout. With lunch I take 300mg yohimbe and ?mg ginkgo.

                  Hey DeepThor, a rice bag heated in the microwave for 1-2 min is holds the heat much better. You can buy them or make them yourself.

                    Still doing well guys. This is week 3 and I'm still keeping up with the routine. Feeling good today.

                    Pre-PE supps

                    Morning, before PE:
