    Hi PEGym,

    My name is Snowmannn and I'm a long-time lurker of this forum. I have tried PE here and there, and have learned a lot from the community. Today, I've decided to take the next step in my journey, and begin a journal.

    Firstly, thank you to everyone who makes this community so great by providing knowledge, feedback, and camaraderie.

    This journal will be for my own accountability, and also to give back - by sharing my learnings, progress, and successes with you all. If I can even help just one other person with this journey, I will be very honored.

    My Starting Stats:
    BPEL: 16.0 cm (6.3 inches)
    MEG: 11.0 cm (4.4 inches)

    My Goal by October 2018:
    BPEL: 19.0 cm (7.5 inches)
    MEG: 12.7 cm (5 inches)

    I understand that these are very aggressive goals. I am aiming for a 58% increase in volume in 1 year.

    That said, I am the kind of person who aims extra high in order to push myself - even 50% of those gains would be very motivating to see, and I would consider that a success.

    Porn:
    I am making a conscious effort to cut internet pornography out of my life. Like many men in my generation, I grew up with internet pornography. I have tried quitting cold turkey on many occasions, and was not able to.

    I am taking internet pornography addiction very seriously, and understand that this is a step-by-step process. I will try to log as best I can my progress here. They also say that in order to squash a bad habit, you must replace it with a better habit. I will use PE in this regard.

    I do not believe in NoFap, but I do understand that the two issue are hand-in-hand. For the time being, I am trying to cut out porn, while continuing to masturbate without external stimulus. I may change this approach as I progress.

    EQ and Stamina:
    While I do not have technically premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction, stamina and EQ are two areas that I want to improve as well, and will be logging my progress here. I believe this is at least partially related with my pornography habits.

    And that's all. I am very excited to start this journey with the community, let's get growing!

      Thanks RC. Thought of a couple more additions last night.

      Pelvic Floor Balance:
      I am fairly sure my masturbatory habits (trying to cum quickly to porn) has imbalanced my pelvis floor - I will be doing an 80/20 split in favour of reverse kegels.

      Testicle size:
      I am also looking into methods to enlarge both the appearance and actually size of my testicles. I am trying some supplement, ball massaging, ball jelling and ball weight to do so.

      Supplements:
      I typically take supplements on a 5 on, 2 off cycle. I take:
      Omega 3 Complex
      Cod Liver Oil (with A and D)
      Zinc
      L-Arginine

        Today is the day I start my journal. What I completed:

        Warmup
        10 minutes Wet Jelq
        10 minutes Dry Stretched
        10 minutes Ball Massage
        30 minutes Ball Weight


        My flaccid hang was nice and full - I've missed that. My balls also felt quite large all day.

        I also went out for a night of drinking, doing best to stay hydrated.

        This morning however, I am hungover. I browsed at softcore porn as well... Furthermore, my flaccid hang is gone and my balls have lost their swollen heaviness.

        Looking to bounce back and make today extra-productive.

          This morning I got a short but effective workout in.

          I also re-measured today after a shower and got slightly different results than yesterday (smaller). Going to edit my original post and use these as my starting point.

            I noticed that my ligs are already feeling a bit stressed, so I did an extra light workout with extra emphasis on warmup. Slow and steady.

            Usually after I do deadlifts or squats my penis turtles, but today it did not. Very encouraging.

            Going to be drinking again tonight so will do my best to stay hydrated.

              I hope you are going to make some really good progress here,snomannn.I think your goals are realistic.I`ve gained 3 cm for about 1 year on lenght.You just need to stay focused and don`t quit.It`s worth it!

              BTW it`s normal to turtule after deadlifts or squats...but cardio is the worst for turtuling Just give it some time after gym,before doing PE.Also longer some short edging or longer warm up helps too.

                Thanks normalguy, your success is a huge motivator! Hope to be able to achieve 3cm like you did.

                Also good thing I don't do cardio

                  Why you don`t do cardio?I was like that before,but now I love cardio and it helps me a lot.

                    Haha, that means you weren't squating heavy enough. Just kidding. What gym routine are you currently doing out of curiosity?

                      @normalguy I am pretty skinny (140 lbs) and it's difficult for me to put on weight. I know I still should throw in even just 5-10 minutes of cardio but my priority is getting bigger and stronger.

                      @r.c. Haha fair point! Not on a specific workout routine tbh. I typically work legs chest back shoulder on each day, in that order, and do as many compounds as possible. Squat, front squat, deadlift, bench press, etc. I also am doing pyramid sets - highly recommend.

                      Update: very hungover this morning. Will get back to my routine once I'm alive again.

                          I'm using helicopter spins between every set so I figure there's not much use in logging in each time. I believe this is a best practice for preventing injury, and maximizing gains.

                            Had a nap with my ball weight on - was a great feeling. Package was low-hanging and engorged when I awoke.

                            Got one more workout in before heading to the family home for Canadian Thanksgiving. Not sure if I'll have privacy to work out, but perhaps Day 3 should be a rest day - I put in a lot of work today.

                              I got you on being skinny...I was skinny until hitting 20 years...I was having freakish vascularity back then,but when I was with clothes,I was looking super skinny.I was less then you currantly.During my 20`s I start gaining weight and I was happy.Being told by girls that I am skinny,once I started gaining weight,I was celebrating every pound of fat gut Now I lost some fat and getting in really good shape.I hope that you are going to gain some weight soon.Do your gym and eat good.

                              It looks like you drink a lot.I was like that before and I am so happy that I don`t drink anymore.One of the best choices in my life.I`ve never seen anything good out of drinking.Think about it.
