    Well here we go..
    I have started this PE Journey but now i am a believer, no longer an skeptic !!
    I don't have have any regrets but i do wish i had started this journey back in 2014 when i first joined this site.

    Back in 2014 my BPEL was close to 7.5". i used to get really hard erections.
    Now im in my late 40's and my erections are 6/10 sometimes 7/10
    My BPEL is 7" and i find that im having Premature Ejaculation. Really not in a good space now.
    SO here I am. reading some really inspirational success stories and ready to give this my best.

    So, this is what im doing..

    Started JP 90 day beginner's routine on 09/24/17 (5 days on 2 off) with a BPEL of 7". No morning wood. and really a bad case of Premature Ejaculation. usually sex with my wife will last only about 5 mins, and in the meantime all im thinking about is not coming.

    I also have cut porn cold. NO MORE !!
    Added Edging at the end of the routine. 3 times get to PONR and immediately Kegel to avoid coming.
    I don't come at all and just hop in the shower, but all day i have a feeling im about to come.
    I am now on my 3rd week of PE and I made the mistake to measure and i find a BPEL of 6.8". I'm going to blame EQ and not measure again until i hit 2 months mark.

    On a positive note, im getting some morning wood so i'll take it.

    I visualize growth, and wont quit !!

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated ...

    Just work on your kegels and reverse kegels and maybe lower the days you do per week. Doing that routine was too much for me personally and had to lower it to a 2 days on/1 day off routine, but it may be different for you so experiment some. Slower jelqs also help get a decent stretch if you do them straight forward from your body.
    Start: 8.25 BPEL, 5.2 MEG, 6.4 Base Girth, 9 BPFSL

    9/11/17: 8.5 BPEL, 5.25 MEG, 6.5 Base Girth, 9 BPFSL 7.75 NBPEL*

    10/7/17 (EQ increased): 8.5 BPEL, 5.5 MEG, 6.4 Base Girth, 9 BPFSL, 7.75 NBPEL

    11/17/17: 8.75 BPEL, 5.5 MEG, 9.25 BPFSL, 8 NBPEL

    2/9/19: Same as 11/17/17

      Well, quick update...

      Last night was a disaster. I went down on my wife to make her cum but after she wanted some penetration. i was hard but couldn't hold it. I came after about 30 secs... very disappointing.

      I tried not to think about it since she was satisfied and so i fell asleep.

      This morning though, woke up with morning wood. I''l say an 8/10 EQ.
      She saw it and got turned on. the thought of Premature Ejaculation was still in my head but never felt it. I went at it for a good 10 mins when the kid woke up and had to stop. no ejaculation, but im good.
      quickly ran in the bathroom and got some measurements.

      BPEL a little shy of 7.5"
      Girth: 5.5

      Funny, always thought i had a skinny dick.

      This Premature Ejaculation stuff its all in the mind but...

      im sharing this cause i have some concerns:

      always dealt with premature ejaculation but during sex just controlling my breathing and usually went away during the session. so now its annoying being that im used to 4 hours sex sessions when having multiple partners. (4 hours average short stay and hotels).
      I am back in the gym, but at night im drinking a slow release protein shake, which is also supposed to help you sleep and i read on the Premature Ejaculation Forum some drinks release serotonin or melatonin (or something like that) and affect performance.

      wondering if anyone had issues with performance in the sack while on:
      Protein powders
      Creatine
      vitamins

      etc

            in your post you said you felt that your routine was a bit too much..
            Do you remember what symptoms you experienced that made you feel it was too much ?

              work on your edging routine. Always check your piis. if you can't edge properly after a pe session, you are overdoing and you should reduce the volume of your workout.
              eq comes first..you can't do a lot with a poor eq, even if you are 9x6!

                Take some time to work on your EQ and stamina control. Make sure you don't get stuck in dwelling on performanne- as this in and of itself can create problems.

                  Thank you all for your advise.

                  Ill go in to the Premature Ejaculation forum and do some reading. i might not be doing it right..

                  I find my self not being able to edge for more than 5 minutes after im done with my workout which is the JP90 beginner's routine. very hard not to ejaculate once i reach the PONR so i just edge for as long as i can (usually a couple of minutes) and then just perform another warm up to finish up the workout and just leave it at that without ejaculating. i should mention i have only being edging for a week now maybe two.

                  question.. I just started my 4th week (I do 5 days on 2 days off) of JP90 and i have read that it is recommended to take a week off.

                  Is that after each month or once done with the complete JP90 ?

                    Are you attempting to add more time to each edging performance?

                    You should be taking days off as needed but the routine is a 90 day course.

                      not trying to add or take away from JP90 routine. Just wanna make sure i follow instructions.

                      my routine:

                      warm up 10 mins
                      50 Jelqs + 30 v-jelqs (if i get harder than 7/10 i stop and start again the routine once Erection 4 or 5/10)
                      at end of routine i begin to masturbate. dick gets to about 8/10 and in about 3-4 mins the PONR comes in.
                      i perform a hard kegel which i hold for about 10-15 secs. the PONR goes away but the feeling im about to ejaculate still lurking.
                      I start masturbating again and in less than a minute i feel like PONR is back. do another kegel which i hold 10-15 secs and repeat about 3 times. each time PONR comes back in less than a minute.
                      finally i just give up, because i feel like if i keep going i might ejaculate.
                      so i just perform another warm up as per JP90 instructions and leave it alone. no ejaculation.

                      WTH am i doing wrong ??

                        You'll need to make an effort to extend the intervals between your PONRs- as prescribed in edging/Stop and Start routines.
