    Ah the morning wood! I remember the same thing when I started PE - what a great feeling

    Congrats, and keep up the consistency - the gains will come.

    Did you get your blood test done at the doctor's office? A home test? I've been meaning to do that as well, especially to check T levels.

    Yeah the morning wood has been sorely missed! Feels so good having it back!

    Also the blood tests were done at the doctors office. I took a paper copy to actually read all my numbers because they're way too eager to just say ''everything is fine'' just because the results are what medicine considers average.

    I don't consider the stretches to be a part of the warm up, but an exercise on its own. So yeah, I wouldn't call that a waste. Some people ONLY do the stretches, and no jelqing, and gain that way. But if I was short on time, and only could do either of them, I'd go for jelqing.

    Haven't been keeping my updates regular but I've been pretty consistent the past few weeks. However I sometimes find myself having too many days off but its all good!

    I've been trying to get more edging sessions in and although I haven't done any measuring the past couple of weeks I've really felt a difference size difference. This could be down to EQ I suppose but either way it rocks! My GF has noticed it too. I've also started taking ginko and ginseng which, coupled with the rest of the routine, has upped my sex drive!

    Long time no update

    Following finishing JP90 at the start of the year I'm now doing a regime of mostly jelqing but in higher volume and exploring squeezes a little. Considered Jelq free but I like having jelqs as part of my routine for now.

    Not much in the way of gains after JP90, no girth gains yet but length went from 6 BPEL to 6.1. Could have been measurement error though. I put some pictures up the other day to mark progress.

    Girth, straightness, and stamina are my main goals over the next 6 months.

    I see your picture looks amazing. For girth try something like that:
    Warming up 10 min.
    10 slowly jelqs-5 second
    30 fast jelqs
    10 slowly revers grip jelqs
    30 fast revers grip jelqs
    20 Ulis 50 second each
    10 squeeze 30 session each
    10 horse squeeze 30 second each
    2 x 10 min clamping session.
    Warming down.

    Despite my last update, I have been noticing I've been feeling a little 'denser' and heavier the past month. I actually took some max errect measurements and I've gained half a cm in girth since I measured at the start of the year after JP90 wtf
