Just started posting, progress logs seem like a good idea so I may as well start one!
Task
Firstly port of call is improving my EQ! I have found for a long time its been pretty inconsistent usually around the 7-8 mark, sometimes more (not for long) and sometimes less. Also I want to train stamina more, currently sex is around a couple of minutes on average which is not ideal for me so I want to develop complete control over when I orgasm.
Secondary is PE! I'm currently at 6 BPEL and 4.75 MEG whereas my initial goal is 6.5/5.5. My ultimate dream dick would be 7x6. However my GF is pretty tight so the dream dick isn't totally necessary but I still wouldn't mind hitting that goal.

Also in the first week of JP90. Very much enjoying it too! Theres almost a meditative quality to it. This is what it has been so far and what I aim for my weeks to be:
Rice sock warm up 10-15 minutes
JP90
Hot shower warm down then continued with rice sock 5/10-15 mins
Edging 2-4 times per week
Some additional kegaling recommended?
No supplementation as of yet other than drinking erection tea, however plan to incorporate ginko and ginseng at some point.
I'm about 5 days in at the moment and my dick already feels better EQ so happy days. Lets hope it continues!

Finishing my first couple of rest days after 5 days on today. However later in the coming week I'll be visiting my GF (long distance, see each other every 1-2 weeks) so I'm not likely to get any PE work in, though replaced with sex. I'm hoping to stay as consistent as possible however I know there will be occasions I wont be able to.

Had a few days off PE while I visited my GF. First sex since I started a couple of weeks ago too and god damn I already feel a significant improvement in EQ! And hardness is sticking around a little longer after I finish too. Need to keep working on stamina though.

Had an additional day off on Tuesday, just didn't organise my time well enough to get the session in, though I don't feel this was a bad thing. Back in the groove now though.

20 mins rice sock warm up followed by usual JP90 stretches and 150 jelqs/90 vjelqs since monday. Today will be last one until weekend.
Note! Morning wood has been returning the past week or so! Not yet raging wood but its there.
