Thread: Playing it forward

I think it goes without saying that most everyone here has benefited from the knowledge bestowed upon them from contributions of others and they in turn, play it forward to the next wave of PE'ers.
As small as it may, I'd like to make my own contribution.
I've been tracking my progress (and sometimes it feels like lack of) through my progress log but have also been tracking my measurements on a spreadsheet. I do this so I can graph my progress and have a visual representation of where I've made some or no progress. I can then track back to what my routine was for that segment of training and reevaluate the exercises I had been doing.
I hope this will be of use to others. I can't upload the file as an attachment as the zipped file size (21KB) is slightly over the allotted file size. If you PM me, I'll send the location of the file where you can download it.
