  • The changing of my life log

    I will be starting p this log for a final time. I have many goals in which to accomplish this summer, only 1 to do with PE.

    Goals by August 31st
    - Deadlift 420lbs for 1 rep, Bench 250 for 1 rep, Squat 380 for 1 rep
    - Get a gf and/or lose my virginity
    - Have an overall better penis
    - 180lbs @ 9% bodyfat

    I will be starting this log May 1st and I will be starting the beginner routine and going very slow with it, I over did PE my last two times and it was the reason I failed. Wish me luck.

    MEG : 4.75"

    1st Goal Reached: BPEL: 6.35"
    MEG: 5.0"

    Next Goal: BPEL: 7.00"
    MEG: 5.25"

      Very good session today. Motivation high, plumpness high, no turtling. Hoping to keeps all of these as is.

              120 Kegals today.I cannot wait to get back intot the gym on Sunday, my delaod week has been extremely boring.

                Did the workout good results. Was edging today for about 20 mintues and thought of my ex gf and blew a huge load. Edging is fun

                            O lol I thought I mentioned it somewhere, looking back I guess not. It is simple. 10 minute warm up, 6 minute stretching and 10 minutes jelqing. I might increase a minute of stretching and jelqing in a week.
