    Thought I'd start a log since i recently hit a short term goal of 7" BPEL and i don't want to get lazy.

    Starting size: 6.5" BPEL.

    Current size: 7.25” BPEL.

    Short term goal: 7.5” BPEL

    Long term goal: 7.75” BPEL

    Girth starting: 4.85”

    Girth current: Yet to measure.

    Just finished a nice little session today.

    > Rice sock warm up 10 min

    > 15 minutes slow jelqs

    > massage tissues for 5 minutes

    > 1000 s2s stretches. (break at 100 with quick massages)

    Didn't reach fatigue which was disappointing. I even did a little extra stretching and held the stretch hoping to hit fatigue but still didn't. Got to the point where i thought i was gonna rip my dick off so i quit, i'll get back to it tomorrow.

      Rest day yesterday. Light workout today since the ligs aren't fully healed with some random stretches throughout the day.

        That's great to see you've gained 0.5inches from PE! Motivating for likes such as me.

              Sooo been trying something new the last couple of days since I've had some free time. Basically holding a stretch with my bare hands pulling downward to simulate an extender pull essentially. Did this for 2 hours and suprisingly the hands weren't too tired.

              6 erect squeezes throughout the day held for 10-30 seconds each.
              2 hour extender-like stretch.
              Warm up 10 minutes
              20 minute slow jelqs
              10 minute warm down.

              Rest day tomorrow. Pretty happy with how the little man looks lately. Definitely more thicker than when I first started. Never got a measurement though which sucks. I'm gonna get a tape measurer tomorrow for sure lol.

                Extender came in yesterday! Was meant to be rest day but I played around with it and used it for 2 hours. God it is fucking uncomfortable, hopefully I figure out a way to make it feel better. It's the quick extender pro btw. Anywho

                Extender - 6 hours during day
                Warm up 15 minutes
                Jelq 20 minutes
                Extender 2 hours (total of 8)
                BTC stretch 3 sets 90 secs

                  I'm not happy with this extender so far. It's quite uncomfortable and the slippage is annoying. I found a way to prevent slippage but it just puts more pressure on the head. I don't want that, it's being strangled enough. I feel like I'm losing sensitivity in the head. Hopefully I figure this out soon.

                  6 horse squeeze (30 seconds)
                  10 minute jelq

                  Side,up and BTC stretches (30 seconds)

                  Might be doing a little too much but I'm still getting rock hard erections throughout the day. I think I'll keep at it.

                    Bundled stretches again for 2 minutes
                    Basic stretches for 30 seconds including BTC
                    1 hour extender warm down

                    Ehh honestly routine is all over the place, just going with the flow essentially. I read somewhere that bundled stretches are good to begin with because they target the tunica making it easier than to target lugs.

                    Also I figured out a way to use the extender without creating massive fucking discomfort. Started using it without the comfort pads which ironically made it more comfortable, who knew ? Definitely don't recommend the quick extender pro for the price you pay for it. There is no difference between that and a cheap extender off of eBay, the actual extender may be a little more durable that's it. Not worth the money imo.

                            5 hours in the extender. Edged today and hit 18.5 cm ( 7.25 ) as i was about to blow . Couldn't hit it consistently but i did keep getting 18.2 - 18.3 (7.16). Stoked.

                              7:30 h extender + 10 min jelq + basic & BTC stretches 30 seconds each.

                              I am going to do this routine for the next 2 weeks on a one day on, one day off routine. I will be extending everyday bar the final rest day of the week. See how this goes!
