So I made my formal introduction and it was a good 1st step. Now is the beginning of the path to greatness and starting my log. I officially started my diet today and starting my New Years at midnight in the gym. I know the rest of the world is pouring up and partying, but this is how I choose to bring it in. No New Years resolution these are goals. Tomorrow I begin my journey to bbc. 7nbp by 6 and 180lbs from 5.5nbp 5.5eg 274lbs. I know it won’t be easy but I’m ready. Happy New Years! May we all succeed in 2018.

Good luck Tbone. For what it is worth, I am in the same boat as you. I also just started today, and can stand to lose weight. I also started a Progress Log. I'm starting at 260 lbs, but only looking to drop 40 pounds. I'd like to drop 1 lb. a month.

I guess this is day one of pe training. B4 I get into it tho. I did some research and learned of something called hard flaccid. I read a few here have experienced it during the recommended jp90 routine. Also, I few who claimed it was a bit intense for their untrained Willy. Any insight? Definitely don’t want to experience hard flaccid or overwork the lil soldier.

Do Hindi squats and other flexibility yoga targeting the abs, back, pelvis, gluteus and thighs.
Don't kegel at the same time as pulling on your stretches.
Begin the routine at 1/2 the reps. Slowly add reps until doing the full routine after about 3 weeks. Follow your PIe closelyALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!
