    Intro: roughly 4.25-35 BPEL, 4 EG

    Began: Dec. 25th, 2017. Doing the JP90 routine with 10 min warmup, 10 min warm down. I stretched the first three days, then reduced it to simply 25 kegels left, 25 right, 10 circles left and 10 circles right.

    I'm using Palmer's Cocoa butter, and I take the Energy based One-A-Day at lunch and two 500mg capsules of L-Arginine every night.

      Style determining the best format for standard OK grip, thereís a vein on the bottom left of my shaft that gets a little tender from the strokes; making my grip a little looser as to not injure myself. Started with VJs first because I get fuller when I do those than standard jelqs, thus making it easier to do standard jelqs.

        Finding it far easier to start with v-jelqs. Also got my L-Arginine in today and began taking it.

        Ended my session with a brief edge where I brought myself on the cusp of the PONR then let it go. Wondering if this might benefit the end of my session right before I warm down..

          Jan 4: bruising, this rest day.

          Itís nothing major, but definitely a sign to adjust. Iíve found I have quite a bit of skin when jelquing so Iíve decided itís best to hold it in place while jelquing with one hand on the OK grip and alternating every ten. Itís possible I overdid the V Jelquing, but I didnít get a bruise till I tried jelquing with my regular foreskin freely moving about (which is a pain, and Iím circumcised).

                Didnít quite feel right this evening as I wasnít getting near anywhere engorged like I usually do (I was getting maybe 35% vs 65%) and my pelvic floor muscles (or something) felt worn out, so I stopped early but still did my warm down; Iíll take a rest day tomorrow.

                  Saw that my frenulum area was swelling towards the end of my VJs and realized I overdid it, likely because I wasnít lubricated enough. Everything was going swell till then, though I like sessions prior, I had to stop about 3 times because I was becoming too erect. Unless the swelling is nearly gone tomorrow night, Iíll likely be taking another rest day.

                  Seeing as Iím a little over two weeks Iíve noticed some changes in my flaccid state for sure. I started measuring too much and realized I was only hurting myself so Iím waiting till after the 1 Mo mark.

                  On the other hand I found that I was actually around if not slightly over 5Ē bpel which boosted my mood a bit. Seeing as I was thinking I was right at 4 but Iím guessing I was way off as I always measured in a frustrated state. Sure itís below average but only slightly,

                  Girth is gonna be a massive uphill battle but Iíll wait till Iím conditioned before I start targeting it.

                          Jan 14: decided to take a rest day

                          I think Iím more comfortable and have better PIs on a 2 on 1 off schedule. Maybe I can increase 3:1 on the 22 since that will commence week 5, but Iíll wait and see.

                              I'm half way thru the JP90 routine. 6 inches will get us in the normal range.
