Hey all, loving how active and deep this forum is and want to really hold myself accountable on my PE Journey.
A little about myself, I've VERY sparringly done PE for 5ish years, but total work time is under a month. That being said, at this time I believe I finally have the right combo of methods and free time that allow me to consistently work at PE.
I've tried a few things, but never stuck to anyone for a long time. Manuals, Hanging and Pumping were my efforts that fizzled out due to lack of privacy and motivation.
My Starting Stats are nice and rounded:
FL: 2.5-3" Depending on temperature
FG: 1.75-2" Depending on Temperature
NBPEL: 6"
BPEL: 6.5"
EG (both base and mid-shaft): 5"
Let me know if any other measurements would be beneficial in tracking.
Now my current routine, which i guess is kinda low and slow in terms of force =D
I got my Phallosan Forte this week and hope to reach 11 hoursish per day in it once I ramp up the hours.
I also pump using a LeLuv 1.75" cylinder with a modified acquarium pump for hands free electric pumping.
In addition, I also purchased a Ballz pump from pumptoys to help me in my quest for lower hangers and, if the stars align, actually bigger balls. I pump at night right before bed.
So far I've been pumping at night for almost 3 weeks now, jelqing for 10 minutes after each session in the pump for circulation.
After a frustrating 2 days working with the Phallosan and tenatively have a good position and handle of how to work it and maintain tension while at work, so that's been good.
My PIs have been quite good lately, especially my flaccid hang and morning wood.
I plan to take 1 rest day per week regularly, more if my penis starts feeling too fatigued. That said, I hope my lower tensions in the Phallosan amd frequent breaks in between pumping will help me avoid fatigue.
I will be measuring every 3 months.
Shortest term goal is any gains at all, hehe.
Short term goal at 6 months is a bit of a stretch, but hoping for 1 inch gained in length I'll be measuring on my birthday
Longer term goal is achieving the mythical 8×6.
Dream Goal is 9×7, but that may actually be inpossible so I won't be thinking about that too much, heh.
I'll start posting my routine every day, so if I'm doing it right, you'll all be tired of me by the time I gain! Any tips, advice or encouragement is very welcome. Thanks Guys

FL: Can't exactly tell but at least 3" now
FG: 2"
NBPEL: 6.3" or 16 cm
BPEL: 6.75" or 17 cm
