    Hi guys,
    I started May 2017 only with wearing exetender. First week 2 h/d after that 8-9 h/d! I prefer wearing 4 h morning and 4-5 h evening.
    December 2017 , I read many post and I decided to try exercise .
    I have this routine:
    10 min warming up;
    5 min helicopters;
    10 min stretch in all direction
    10 min wet jelqs;
    3 x 5 min pump whit bathmate between 30-50 wet jelqs.
    Extender 8-9 h every day.
    My starting stats May 2017 BPEL 14.5 cm EG 11-12 cm
    Current stats /22.01.2018/ BPEL 16.5; EG-15 cm
    Now I add in my routine 15 min clamping.

    So you do you feel like you gained well with with the extender?

    Also thats a pretty intense routine my friend but hey if your PIs and EQ are good then it looks great.

      Thanks man.
      I'm gained with extender + 2 cm it's good for me. Routine give me 0.5 cm lenght and + 2 cm EG.

          Thanks man,
          I have Turkey neck remove surgery on 25.01.2018 and now I can make only edging session. But I’m very good in that I think. Yesterday 26.01 I make 3 session for hour. I think edging improve girth gains or just keep it. What is your opinion for edging?

            My opinion is that edging is great and helps with your gains.It also helps with recovery from manual stretching and extending or at least that`s my experience.

            How much time you think you need to go back working out after the surgery?

                Update:
                26/01
                Two mornings edging session. One 55 min other 1h.15 minuets.
                Afternoon one edging sessions 40-45 min without cum.
                Evening edging session 1h.30 min.

                Today 27/01
                Morning two edging sessions 1h.30 min each.
                Afternoon 2 edging sessions 35-40 min each.
                Evening I’m just finishing my longest edging sessions ever 1h55 min. I'm training to reach 2 hours.
                I’m have 14 day without cuming it’s my personal record. To reach good girth gains I think we should not cum as long as possible.

                  How do you think guys is sleeping naked and go commando/no underwear/ improves gains or just keeping?
                  I read a lot of posts, medical journals and they says sleeping naked improve all body conditions and make male genitalia with good blood follow.
                  But about going commando/no underwear / nothing important.

                    Update 28/01/2018

                    My routine is:
                    Morning - edging session - 1 hr.
                    Afternoon - edging session - 1 hr.
                    Evening - edging session - 1 hr. With ending. I broke my 15 days challenge not to cum. I think isn’t good for prostate and balls. Once week is enough for male health.

                      Update for surgical results.
                      Today my surgically appointment was canceled. I have to go tomorrow again to remove my bandages.

                          Update for surgical results.

                          Guys today doctor remove my bandage. I was amazed what’s happening down. Looks so good for me. The doctor said we cut more skin than originally planned because we think the result will be better for you and so the penis and the scrotum have the right proportion.
                          Let’s see your comments. I fell my balls bigger

                            Basics stretch all direction - 5 min - stretch to 1 min holding each.
                            Warming down 10 min
                            edging session - 40 min.

                            Evening
                            Warming up - 15 min
                            Basics stretch all direction - 7 min - stretch to 1 min holding each.
                            Warming down 10 min
                            edging session - 20 min.
