Hi. This is my progress thread. First thing I should say is that I masturbate WAY too much (1-4 times a day). It affects my EQ and its something I need to change. I still get EQ around 7-9 but it fluctuates too much and can affect sex. Its been awhile since Ive had a really rock hard erection. Not a factor of age (though I am 36), just too much self love. I want to keep doing it, I just dont want it to affect my PE. The last time I went a week without masturbating was a few years ago, and I definately had a better EQ @ 9-10.
Starting Stats before PE 4/12/10.
BPEL: 6"
NBPEL: 5.5"
BPFSL: 6.5"
NBPFSL: 5.5"
EG: 4.5
FG: 4.25
LOT: 6
I plan to start with the JP 90 day plan today, pretty much as its written, so I can take breaks on the weekends. I kind of started last week, but I was still getting the feel for the techniques. Just those couple days of PE made my flaccid penis hang more which was nice.
My primary goal is to just get my penis conditioned better. I think with less masturbation and proper penis health my EQ will be much better. A secondary goal is to add girth and length. I dont know what numbers are realistic, but Id be very happy with .5 - 1 inch to both.
Some Questions:
I noticed my BPFSL is larger than my BPEL. Is this significant at all?
Any input on the effects of masturbation on EQ or PE is greatly appreciated.
