    Hello Everyone,

    Today I will be starting my PE routine :

    JP90 - Modified Routine (5day on 2day off)

    Warm up = 10-15 mins Rice Sock or Wet Cloth

    Helicopter Shakes

    Stretching (2 Sets Total)
    Straight Out(Left, Right & Center) - 25 Kegels Each
    Helicopter Shakes - Quick 20
    Rotary Crank - 25
    Straight Up (Left, Right & Center) - 25 Kegels Each
    Helicopter Shakes - Quick 20
    Rotary Crank - 25
    BTC (Left, Right & Center) - 25 Kegels Each
    Helicopter Shakes - Quick 20
    Rotary Crank - 25

    Jelqing
    Wet Jelqs - 150 (3-4 Secs Each)
    V Jelqs - 100 (3-4 Secs Each)

    Warm Down = 10 mins Rice Sock or Wet Cloth

    I end the routine with an ADS (Pro Extender) for 2-4 hrs pointed upwards

    Will be wearing loose underwear so there is no constriction

    In addition to this I will be taking L'Arginine & B-Complex supplements. Going to Quit Smoking Today https://cdn.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/becky.gif

    My current measurements are :
    BPFSL - 6, BPFL - 4, BPEL - 5.8, EG - 4.6

    LOT = 6-7
    1/2/18 - BPFL 4.0", BPFSL 6.0", BPEL 5.8", EG 4.6" (Start)
    31/7/18 - BPFL 4.3" (11cm), BPFSL 6.6" (16.8cm), BPEL 6.2" (15.8cm), EG 4.75" (12.05cm), NBP 5.39" (13.7cm)

    Good routine.
    If you allow me a few tips make good start pictures to have something to compare it is good for the ego and for your own motivation. if you have the opportunity to wearing the extender half time up and half time down I think this helps for better results.

        Day - 1

        So I finished my first ever PE routine, and it feels great. I feel more tired than my cock lol.

        Warm up = 20 mins Rice Sock & Wet Cloth (was struggling with rice sock so managed with wet cloth)

        Helicopter Shakes

        Stretching (2 Sets Total)
        Straight Out(Left, Right & Center) - 25 Kegels Each
        Helicopter Shakes - Quick 20
        Rotary Crank - 25
        Straight Up (Left, Right & Center) - 25 Kegels Each
        Helicopter Shakes - Quick 20
        Rotary Crank - 25
        BTC (Left, Right & Center) - 25 Kegels Each
        Helicopter Shakes - Quick 20
        Rotary Crank - 25

        Jelqing
        Wet Jelqs - 125 per hand [250 total] (3-4 Secs Each) [Was getting Flaccid frequently]
        V Jelqs - 60 [per hand] (3-4 Secs Each)

        Warm Down = 10 mins Wet Cloth.

        Ended routine with my ADS (Pro Extender) pointed upwards, will point it downwards after half time.

        Wearing loose underwear so there is no constriction.

        Used Jonson's Baby Oil as lube and works well for me.

        Took L'Arginine & B-Complex supplements around 3-4 hrs before workout.

        P.I's
        Penis doesn't look discolored, no injury
        Very slight fatigue, almost negligible
        Very Strong EQ (Hard & Veins showing)
        I think I gained around 0.1-0.2 cm in erect length after workout.
        Nice Flaccid Hang, No Turtling

            Also, going to reduce fapping, from daily to once or twice a week. I have noticed a better EQ when I have fapped less too.

                  Hi,
                  When I staring last May I have 14 cm erect length, 10-11 cm erect girth. Now I have 16.5 cm erect length and 15-15.3 erect girth.
                  I star only with wearing extender and use bathmate. November I started with manual exercise. They give me 0.5 cm length and more than +2-2.3 cm girth gains. I think that’s is pretty good.

                    Wow Thats great. So basically extender gave you 2 cms in 6 months or so. That too without any exercises. Good that you added manual exercises.
                    Reason i wear my extender up is due to my LOT being low around 6-7. Therefore downward stretches are less useful than upward or BTC. Any idea what your LOT was ?

                      Started Day with Extender 2hrs pointed downwards

                      Took L'Arginine & B-Complex supplements around 2 hrs before workout.

                      Helicopter Shakes - Quick 20
                      Rotary Crank - 25

                      Jelqing

                      Will wear extender for 2-4hrs.

                        Used the extender yesterday for around 3 hrs. In the last hour i guess i stretched it a bit more so it hurt a bit.
                        Removed extender rest of the day. There was very slight discoloration. Penis is ok today, no bruising.

                        Morning Wood was less today, no turtling. However, I noticed a better flaccid hang and it looks more plump.

                          Added some pics i took when i got a random erection last night. Didnt measure it though, but seems around 0.4 inch bigger than before

                            I suggest you when wearing an extender to make breaking every one hour and make penis massage, to avoid hurting.
