    I taken mesurements today. BPEL is back where it was, at 20cm. I made gain in EG. +0.4cm (0.2) in 1 month! Truth be told I'm regaining my previous size that I lost after quitting PE. The NBPEL gain is not a gain really, just the fact that I measure sitting now, and somehow my fatpad is not so big when sitting. The rest of stats are the same, no matter sitting or standing.

      Inspired but Incognitoe, I took 4 days off. Now At the end of every month I'll be taking 3-4 days off. Today back to training. And I'm on L-Arginine now. So far I don't notice any difference.

        Since I noticed some gains in girth and none in length, I'm increasing force during stretching exercises. I just began month 3 on JP90. I'd be nice to notice some length gains, but for me they always were rare to find. Girth seems to respond to training much more than length does.

          Increasing force worked. I added +0.25 in length. Girth gain is marginal and it's probably due to very good EQ. Lately my EQ is 9 most of the time. 10 being "so hard it hurts", and I had 10 only a couple times in my life. I think taking 3-4 days off at the end of every month is working too.
          My EQ improved a lot with the medication I'm taking.
          My current stats are: BPEL: 20.5cm (8.07)/ EG: 14.5 (5.71)/ NBPEL: 18.5cm (7.28)/ BPFSL: 21.5cm (8.46)/ FL: 14.5cm (5.71)/ FG: 12cm (4.72)/.
          I'll be progressing in girth work now, with adding reps per set on jelqs and v-jelqs. We'll see how it goes.
          Since I want almost equal gains in length and girth, I'll be adding intestity/ volume on girth one month and on length next month.

            Since the beginning of this month I added 5 reps per set on both jelqs and v-jelqs. So now I'm doing 55 jelqs and 35 v-jelqs, 3 sets of each. I'll see if it's enough progess or do I need more overload. If I have no gains at the end of the month, I'll be adding 10 reps per month next time.

              Another thing: today I did my stretching seated instead of standing for the first time since starting JP90. After the stretches my dick looked unsually long so I measured, an voila: 16 cm (~6.3) flaccid! Of course, It's after stretches, but I think it's a good sign. Other good PIs: good pump after jelqs and good EQ. Night wood is crazy, sometimes it wakes me up.

                Yesterday I measured and all is the same, except flaccid length. It was 15 cm (5.9) so it's a 0.5 cm (0.25) increase in flaccid length. Apparently I didn't increase volume enough.
                Big Al suggested to increase by 5-10% per training session. So now I'll be adding + 1 rep /second on my stretching exercises and + 2 reps on every set of jelqs and v-jelqs. Today was 26 kegel stretches, 11 rotations and 21 sec of helicopter shakes on every set; and 56 jelqs and 36 v-jelqs on every set. This type of increases should be enough I think. We'll see.

                  Ok, time for news. I just finished next month, number 5. I didn't skip a single workout this month. I started progressing my adding more reps in both stretches and jelqs. I started this month with 21 sec of helicopter shakes, 26 kegels on stretches and 11 circle stretches. At the end of the month I have done 37 sec of helicopters, 42 kegel stretches and 27 circles. On jelqs I went form 56 to 88 and v-jelqs from 36 to 68. Everything is done in sets of course.
                  I tried to add roughly 5-10% per workout, like Big Al advised, but I tried to keep it managable to count. So on stretches I add +1 (rep or second) per set, and on jelqs +2 reps per set. Now I'm taking 4 days off. Tommorow is measuring day, so we'll see how it works out.

                    I uploaded measurements and here's the weird thing: My BPEL is smaller by a 2 mm (0.1) but NBPEL is bigger by 1mm. BPFSL is bigger by 3mm. FG is smallerm but it's due to cold probably. I think increase in BPFSL is a good sign. But how the hell did I get bigger NBPEL and smaller BPEL? Maybe overtained a little? IDK.

                      So this month my BPEL is back at where at was two months ago, FG and NBPEL are the same. But my BPFSL is bigger by about 0.1 in. And nice thing is my FL is a bit bigger too. I think I'll keep on doing this routine, and keep incresing volume till all gains stop, including BPFSL.

                        I decided, with help of fellow Gymers, that's time to move on from JP90 to Advanced Jelq Free routine. I'll be starting it on Monday or Tuesday. Now I took a whole week off PE. My stats didn't improve from last month, except flaccid length with I gained about +0.1. (What, BTW puts my flaccid length a little above 6in!) Can't wait to start a new routine!

                          I started Advanced Jelq Free Routine. I did two workouts already, and wow, it's intense. My first time with side to side stretch and I have to say, I haven't felt a stretch like that, ever. My ligs are really working on this one. And squeeze exercise it's also pretty intense, but right now I'm just getting a feel of it at lower erection levels. So it'll feel more intense.

                            Yes, yes... Come to the dark side...

                            I love the jelq free routine--it's awesome. It's pretty full on, but I hope you get some gains out of it!

                              Ok. Started AJFR early September. Added 5% reps on both exercises. Did warmups and warmdowns. Every six weeks I took a week off. EQ was good, so I added kegels - 100 reps flaccid, progressed to 140 reps erect. EQ still was, and is, strong. Like 9 on most days and 8 sometimes. Didn't skip workouts.

                              Problems is, no gains at all. Some flaccid loses actually. I lost -0,5 cm (0.25 in) in flaccid length once and on another time lost -0,5cm (0.25 in) on flaccid girth, but flaccid girth is back now.

                              Should I change this routine, find a new one or start hanging?
