    Ok. Time for my first progess thred at PEGym. As some of you know, after trails and erros and a long decon, I decided to go with the famous JP90. My overall goal is to get +1.5" in length and 1" in girth. Looking at JP's gains, that is possible to do with JP90 alone. But we'll see how long will it take me to get there. For now I'm just going to stick to the program, try not to go too crazy (like I used to), and enjoy the process.

      Ok. Little update. On day 3 I woke up with a morning wood, which is a rare thing. Haven't had one for over a year for sure, probably longer.
      On other note: it's spring (almost) so I'm trying not wearing underwear again. If it will not be too cold, it should have a positive effect on flaccid hang. It always worked for me.

        First week done. After day 3 I noticed a sudden drop in EQ and morning wood was gone. So I changing from 5 days on/ 2 day off to 2 on/ 1off.
        Another thing is that jelqing and/or stretching has a positive effect on the scars form frenulum tying. It seems to soften them up a little.

          Finishing week 4. Not a single session skipped. EQ is very good. So good, in fact, that I have to stop jelqing every 10 reps to let my erection subside a little. I also stared getting this little red spots this week. But they go away quickly and are not very prominent.

          BTW - I remember that I had this "too hard too jelq" thing back then when I was gaining. So I take it as a good sign. Same with red spotting - when I was gaining it was spotting first, then gains. And during the long time of training and not gaining - there weren't any spotting or too hard erections for jelqs before.

          Anothing thing is that first time in my life base of my penis was sore. Ligs I think. But even when I was overtraining by a lot, there was no soreness. And now for weeks 2-3 I was sore. But not anymore.
          Either way I'm staying with the same program. I'll be measuring on 28.02 or 01.03.

              Tomorrow I have a surgery (finally!). So I might not be doing PE for a couple of days. But I'll try to do it as soon as possible.

              This surgery can be the last one. I sure hope so. Wish me luck!

                  Thanks. It all went well, now I'm back. At least one more will be needed.

                  As far as PE goes I missed 4 days due to surgery, and may miss one more. On Sunday I'll be back in training.

                  And I measured yesterday. I lost some size. But after that surgery my EQ sucked, so probably that's a reason. I'll measure againg in a few days.

                      I lost size. Measured again, with good EQ. I lost 0.25 on BPEL and NBPEL. EG no change. BPFSL, FL, FG are +0.25. Don't know what's up.
                      Here is a thread about it I just created. Maybe lack of edging to porn caused this?

                      Other than that I was back on 4th March with training. So that makes 5 days off.

                        Ok. Update. I'm doing good, not skipping workouts (anymore). I did an edging session lately, about 20 minutes. I added visualizations, like BigAl talks about. Honestly, it was super fun. More enjoyable than porn. I lasted 20 minutes no problem but my EQ could be a little higher. But now, after that edging session, it improved, and I'm more horny now. So I'm gonna add some edging session. Depending on the mood and circumstances, but probalby 2-4, 20 minute sessions a week.
                        On top of that I got the recommended supplements - L-arginine and vitamin B complex. I'll start taking them as soon as I finish some other supps I'm on rigth now, in like a week or so. We'll see how they work.

                          Yesterday, while peeing I felt a sharp, but not very intense, pain behind my balls, in the perineum area. It has happen before when I was doing a lot of length work. Hope it's not a sign of overtaining, fortunately I have a day off today.
                          Plus a have more spotting than usual on my johnson, after yestardays workout. Maybe I'll go a little lighter tommorow with the intensity on both stretches and jelqs.

                            The spotting you describe is a neutral PI Ghostrider. If the spotting occurs in the presence of other negative PIs such as turtling, lack of morning/night wood, then you should consider it a negative PI and rest accordingly.
                            If, on the other hand, the spotting occurs in the presence of positive PIs such as good morning/night wood, full heavy flaccid throughout the day etc... then it should be considered a positive PI and you know you are on track. In this case, I would continue at the same intensity (no more) and monitor to make sure those spots continue to be accompanied by other, positive PIs.
                            Sounds like you Johnson likes the edging, eh? If time allows, why not just edge at the end of your JP90? The expansion you will get after the JP90 can be significant and many here promote doing your stamina work at the end of your routine.
                            Good to see you are paying attention to those PIs man, that's critical to the health of you dick.

                              Thanks for your reply. I have positive PI so far, good EQ and night/ morning wood on most nights. I haven't thought about edging at the end of routine. But for now I can't do that. My routine already takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Maybe on weekends? But at night, before sleep I can fit in 20 minutes of edging. On some nights at least. Plus it makes it easier to fall asleep. Great for everybody with sleeping problems.
