As you can see, I have been on this forum since 2012. Sometimes I didn't come here for years. But I knew of PE since then and wanted to grow. I tried a few times but always gave up, my longest PE routine was 16ish days. I am fedup of all the sexual problems I have, not only related to size. I am on a journey to improve myself and become the best version I can become.
EQ - very bad. I have a hard time maintaining erections even during masturbation or foreplay (havent had sex).
Premature Ejaculation - severe case, come after a few strokes and involuntarily very soon when with a girl.
Size - very average (6 inches on a good day)
Morning Woods - rarely if ever
Age: 23.. Years of depression and unhealthy porn/masturbation habits have turned my sexual life into like that of an old man.
NO MORE. I am here to change it. I really want to change it.
My goal is to have harder erections, last longer, look bigger when flaccid, and so on. In terms of size I want a 7.5 inch long cock (add a little more than an inch) and in girth 6 inches (little less than a inch increase).
I started a few days ago, I massage my penis with mustard oil proceed to 5 minutes of stretching and do some jelqs. I'll slowly increase the routine and keep the forum members updated.

I'll be happy if I can add half an inch in 60 days. I think I might be able to because my EQ quality is so terrible, so won't really be my penis growing but in any case its better.

Doesn't the mustard oil burn? Just curious? But you'll probably find quoted on here everywhere that PE is a Marathon not a sprint. You've got to be in for a long haul and disciplined and it can work for you. 'It's different for different guys. If you are dedicated and really want it you should get a lot out of it. If nothing else a much healthier dick. "Hang"in there and persevere, you'll have a lot of help and support here!

No, the mustard oil doesn't burn. I use it because I am of an Indian background and people use it for all sort of purposes there and swear by it since centuries. You're right, dedication is key. I just give up after missing a week. Thing is i just should 'hang' in there and keep struggling.

I have been stretching for a couple of days but will count my workout from the 24th of february.
Day 1: 5 mins stretching in every direction (30 secs each, twice) + 1 min heli shake + 100 jelqs

I won't do any edgings or kegels as of now because they always ruin my workouts (either I cum quickly or my kegel muscles get sore for days). Ill just try to relax the PC Muscle and within a few weeks incorporate kegels.

I have always complained on here of sore pc muscle after kegeling - well I got diagnosed with prostatitis at the age of 23 today. Will read more into it, saw a couple of threads on it here. slowly add some edging to your routine, it will help train your penis to last longer. Try it and see how it works.

I would personally stop trying to nut so fast, even quit masturbating in general. Kegels are pretty important in a routine. You are probably experiencing soreness because you over work you muscle. It's a muscle and needs it's rest too.
