Just wrapped up my first session of the JP 90. It feels pretty simple compared to what I've tried to start with before, and perhaps that's a good thing. I noticed I had some struggle maintaining my erection when I was going for the jelqs, but I went real slow to make sure I got a better squeeze. Thinking I might have gone too hard though because I had some penis shrinkage afterwards. I'm gonna be going 2 on 1 off for the first few weeks to feel it out. Purpose is just to get my penis to a normal place, I haven't been having full erections or looking my normal size lately, think there's been some over training from past PE attempts and going way too hard with the porn.
Anyone have tips for the sock warmup? I tried it out and burnt my dick a bit, waited for it to cool down and it was fine. I think it's more effective for the warm up but wondering if there are any better methods.
