Just wrapped up my first session of the JP 90. It feels pretty simple compared to what I've tried to start with before, and perhaps that's a good thing. I noticed I had some struggle maintaining my erection when I was going for the jelqs, but I went real slow to make sure I got a better squeeze. Thinking I might have gone too hard though because I had some penis shrinkage afterwards. I'm gonna be going 2 on 1 off for the first few weeks to feel it out. Purpose is just to get my penis to a normal place, I haven't been having full erections or looking my normal size lately, think there's been some over training from past PE attempts and going way too hard with the porn.
Anyone have tips for the sock warmup? I tried it out and burnt my dick a bit, waited for it to cool down and it was fine. I think it's more effective for the warm up but wondering if there are any better methods.

5.8 is a great starting girth. You looking for more? As for the rice sock, I assume youre using a microwave to heat it up. Mine only needs 30 seconds to heat up.

Hmm, seems as though 98% of our members swear by the rice sock. I'm too impatient for that kind of creativity. I just hop in the shower and blast near-scalding hot water onto my johnson for 2-3 mins, then sit on the toilet and do all my exercises.

Day 2 was 2/24, I missed an entry. I went a little hard on the jelqs, and after re-reading Jon Pops routine and to "not use ANY force", I toned it down today for Day 3. Still getting some post workout shrinkage, might need to go even lighter? The jelqs felt good today, and I was able to actually maintain 50-60% erection level while doing them. The goal is length and I've read that's the focus, any input on that?
I also read that the rice sock goes on the outside, you don't put your dick in it. I'm gonna give this a try, seeing as I've consecutively burnt my dick three times. It says to kegel whenever thinking about it, but is there too much kegeling one can do outside of PT?
BTW, your gains are insanity,...
Advice on best routine schedule.
