    Hows it going everyone, today i decided to start logging my PE journey, i’ve tried doing it in the past but was never committed to it which i do blame myself for being lazy but now it's time for a change to get this penis massive and longer!

    I’ll be using the Bib Starter without wrapping as it has the Gel padding and as its really comfortable for me, i've tried wrapping on numerous occasions in the past and always had my skin pinching which was one of the main reasons why i got demotivated.
    The goal is to get in 10hours of hanging per week, anything more than that is a added bonus. I will be doing 30 minute sets at a time but if i do experience any numbing i will end the set there and dry jelq for 10/15 minutes in between sets to get the blood flow running.

    WEEK 1
    Hanging weight: 1KG
    03/04/18- 1 hour (3x20mins)
    04/04/18- 2 hour 45 mins (5x30mins & 1x15mins)
    05/04/18- 1 Hour 50 mins (3x30mins & 1x20mins)
    06/04/18- Light Stretching only

    Total hang time:


    I will be editing this post throughout this week until its over and after that i’ll only post my weekly workout log once a week, so it makes it easier for myself and everyone to see within 1 post rather than spread out.
