    Goal: 8.5" X 6.5"

    Despite being told by women that I'm big, I have always desired to be bigger than my current size. I want to reach the heights of sexual pleasure and I believe that I can take sex to the next level with a bigger cock.

    To start things off I need to put myself in a position to succeed. What will help me achieve my goals?

    For me, it starts with cultivating my mind and body. I am going to go the gym regularly STARTING today and am going to make a real effort to clean up my diet. I don't have the luxury of a lot of free time, so I need to push myself to make progress wherever I can.

    I believe meditation will help me get back into the right headspace I need to approach penis enlargement and I am going to begin meditating every day for at least 15 minutes. I need to be able to accept myself, and all my flaws, fully in order for me to be in the right zone for success. I want to put in work to become the best version of myself.

      I am here to wish you luck. Nice goals, very big in my opinion.

      I think you're taking the right approach when you're taking into account how important your mind is. I'm currently fighting with my mind and this doesn't let me focus as I should so I think it is very important to dominate it.

      Out of curiosity. What are your measurement BPEL and MSEG?

        Thank you jon! I know it's a lofty goal that it will take a lot of commitment, and who knows I might end up being happy with where I am before then. For now, at least it's what I'm aiming for.

        I've struggled with anxiety and depression and I figured it was time for a change. I can't just keep broadcasting negative vibes. I want to test my beliefs and make positive changes in my life and that starts with a healthy mind and body.

        My current measurements at EQ9+ are 5.83" BPEL and approx 6" MSEG (although I can never seem to get an accurate reading without measuring tape).

          Again I think you are taking the right approach. I've been personally fighting against my inadequacy feelings for a long time and I recently had a traumatic sexual experience that's not helped me with it.               I've begun incorporating visualisation into my daily routine. I visualise myself at my goal size and try to incorporate as many senses as possible while mixing up between 1st and 3rd person. I feel like this will work well in tandem with meditation.

              I visualise how I would look and feel at 8.5" X 6.5". I imagine the deep sense of satisfaction, and accomplishment after having reached my goal. I visualise myself brimming with confidence and being in complete control of my penis while I bring girls repeatedly to orgasm.                 I will start PE soon. In the meantime I think it is good to study what has worked for others, and what better resource than these forums! If I ever get discouraged it would be good to read up on some of the top performers as well as speaking to others who have reached their goals.What were their routines? How did they overcome certain obstacles? I want to use every resource available at my fingertips to get the dick of my dreams.

                Today I read through JP'S 90 DAY ROUTINE. When I begin PE this will be the routine I start with. I have prepared everything I need in order to get started. A rice sock, Bio Oil lube, EVO essential oils and I even went out and bought the supplements he suggested taking for the duration of the program.

                - Super B Complex
                - Multi Vitamin & Minerals
                - L-Citrulline Malate (I asked for L-Arginine but I was told this was a much better alternative)

                I do, however want to work on my pelvic floor balance and become proficient in standard kegels before I begin the program.

                  I will begin monitoring positive and/or negative PIs. I know that I do need to cut down on masturbation as I jerk off probably 3-4 times a day. For now I'm going to aim to reduce it just once a day as my EQ has been dropping lately.

                  Also I have decided to set my 3 month goal at 6" NBPEL. I will re-measure my MSEG after a few days of not wanking to get as accurate a measurement as possible before determining a girth goal. Once I get there, I can reward myself before refocusing and recommitting to new goals. This way I can keep up the momentum as well as keeping my dick growing.

                  For starters, I will measure every fortnight (starting on 28/03/2019).

                  I believe that these goals are realistic, but I will continue monitoring my penis and being mindful of the state of my body. If I go off track, I want to understand where I went wrong and re-evaluate my approach. I'm not letting anything stop me!

                    I've been reading up on pelvic floor balance and I believe there is too much tension in my pelvic floor which contributes to my premature ejaculation. I will begin developing my muscles to the point where I am in control of involuntary kegels. This means my focus will be on a combination of pelvic stretches, massage, relaxation exercises and a reverse kegel focused kegel routine (70:30 or 60:40).

                    It may be beneficial to only do reverse kegels for a couple weeks before introducing kegels into the routine and going towards a balanced 50:50 routine. My plan is to work off the beginner exercises in Minuteman's Kegel Master List. I don't want to overtrain and I have no prior experience with kegels so I will start very simple and increase sets/reps once I become comfortable with the movements. Slow and steady wins the race.

                      I took yesterday off and overall I've been seeing positive PIs (increased horniness, morning wood). I feel great after a week into gym although I don't feel the effect of the supplements as much. I guess that will take longer. I'm still working on getting a healthy amount of sleep every night and tweaking my diet to make it more nutritious.

                      Another thing that I know that is holding me back is smoking. Both tobacco and weed. I have to stop and I've decided fuck it, I'm just going to go cold turkey. The weed just brings out my negative tendencies and the joy of it is lost when you smoke as regularly as I do.                       Now, onto today's kegel routine. I decided to step it up and add something new since last workout was a little on the easy side.

                      I performed these kegels while trying to maintain correct posture but occasionally I would lose focus while concentrating on isolating the reverse kegel movement, and my abs would relax or my pelvis would go into anterior tilt. I felt a slight strain in my penis doing the reverse kegels. On the other hand, the reverse root lock movement had a more relaxing effect on my pelvic floor and I could feel the stretch a lot more.

                      Tommorow is my first official measurement day.

                        I realise now that my girth measurements were wildly inaccurate. That was the result of my using a string that was slightly elastic (I had nothing else) to measure my girth. I tried to keep as apply as little tension as possible but it in hindsight it wouldn't have mattered as it didn't lay flat against my cock. No matter. I have measuring tape now so all my measurements will be accurate from this point forth.

                        I watched porn and jerked off for the first time in a while and I allowed myself to reach wet orgasm. I slowed down the tempo and tried to experience as many of the sensations as possible instead of rushing like I usually do. For most of the session I was only a few strokes away from ejaculating but I would slow/down stop if I got close, or at times just watch the video without touching my penis. I will monitor the physiological changes in my body when I am nearing orgasm and try to keep my body relaxed and free from tension.

                          I am beginning to feel more comfortable with the reverse kegel movement and noticing the distinct differences between the reverse root lock and the reverse kegel. I performed my kegels at a moderate tempo while trying to focus on breathing during the stretching portion of the movement. Once again, I performed all kegels while maintaining correct posture.

                          I masturbated today (reaching wet orgasm) and I found that it has become a habit for me to use porn to become aroused. I will begin keeping track of my techniques and habits during masturbation and see what is best for me in order to have more control over my body (and mind), and last longer

                            Coming into today's workout I was experiencing both negative and neutral PIs. There was a slight achiness in my penis, along with decreased hardness of erection and slight discolouration. This is most likely due to excessive masturbation over the weekend. I will admit I fell off the wagon and the stresses of work and life got to me. I'd need two hands to count the number of times I watched porn and jacked off, and the trigger for most of these events was anxiety. I am a little disappointed in myself, but there's nothing I can do to change the past so it's time to steady the ship and keep moving forward.

                              Followed normal procedure whilst my performing kegel routine and I am isolating the reverse kegel movement much better now that I am keeping my abs under tension. I did not perform either stretches to fatigue.

                              Coming into today I had more negative than positive PIs and I think it's time to slow down on the masturbation and porn again. From today, I am only going to jerk off ONCE a week and try to utilise that energy that I would have spent masturbating on some more productive activities. Also, I've come to realise that sleep is the one thing I always sacrifice in order to get other things done. I'm going to make an attempt to get between 7-9 hours of sleep every night, and if that means sleeping earlier so be it.
