Alright so here is the beginning of my journal/ blog. I do not even yet have a real regimen.. I am still formulating because I do not own a computer so my research on here has been sporadic. I will have a regimen by the end of next week for sure. I took my official measurements yesterday based on the right way from what I read here and I was actually a bit surprised. Bone pressed I am 6.5 at length, and girth, which I measured at least 4 different times to be sure, with some kind of string, then dental floss and I am 5 exactly. Which is funny because I never considered to be even of average girth, but from what I read it seems to be above average, at least for the length. I did learn about kegels some 8 to 9 years ago and have been doing them ever since, on no real routine and off and on... but sometimes very on, because even though I didnt know the real science behind it, I could tell the difference from the start, so I know something was right...... and maybe my girth now has grown since I was 18 because of the kegels over the years......... anyway so
length-6.5
girth-5.0
Also I have not figured out yet what the initials mean for how to keep track.. the nbpel and the rest... could somebody please explain or lead to me to a link that explains that. Thanks again and I am an eager student, so I am looking extremely forward to this new project of mine.......

Okay so I think this will be my routine for at least my first month, after which I might make minor adjustments after I see how things are going, how everything is feeling, and also to be able to gage what I have learned about how my penise reacts to the exersizes I do... Ill probably instinctively relate this to my bodybuilding, which after a while no matter what anyone tells you about an exersize routine, you know your body best. Im guessing it works similarly with this. Applied knoweledge plus gut feeling. So here it is:
-5 min warm-up
-3 min stretch straight out(1min circles)
-3 min stretch to left... circles
-3 min stretch to right.. circles
-3 min stretch up.... circles
-2 min all flaccid bends
-8 min wet jelk
-6min V jelk
-6 min my own jelk with one hand holding base while other slides out..
-2 Ulis 45 sec.
-small warm down session....
-200 kegels throughout day
Im going to do 3 days on, 1 off then 2 on 1off to make a weeks schedule....................... thats about a 45 min workout... I will be using baby powder for stretches and somthing like Ky jelly for jelking, something that is easy to clean up. Im not sure if Im not doing enough stretching and over emphasizing the jelking, or visaversa.. but i am to a large extent copying JP's beginner routing, with some extra that I added in....... If anyone has any feed back on my beginning regimen that would be great. Until then I will be doing this and posting feedback.

hi mate, i would like to give you some advice you should try :
1) consider to amp your warm up to 10 mins. warmup is the most crucial part of your workout. it prevents injury and help you to reach your max. gains.
2) you are doing a lot of stretching. since you are a beginner consider to do 5-8 min stretching in your first couple of weeks. also stretch light slow in the beginning.
3) while jelqing don't grip hard your penis. don't jelq the glans. use slow 5 sec strokes.
4) don't add anything to JPs routine. it's already the most intensive beginner routine. uli's and flaccid bends could drop your EQ lvls down.
5) try edgeing. search edgeing 101 for explanation. this exercise will give you the plump effect and better blood flow. some use it also as an warm down.
6)in success forum find the PEsG's success thread. The phylosophy behind this tread is that less is often more, especially in the beginning.
7) stay patient, ask questions do your workouts on regular basis.
8) good luck.

Great advice...... I am dilligently doing my workouts. I have been reading different blogs. I love how this website is set up so simply and so easy to navigate. Some websites are not so easy. I have made my folder for journeling and everything else that needs to be written. I still want to make some kind of object that is the same size I am going for for my penis.... something that is 8x6... I have been doing my stretches on the lighter side.... sometime soon I will raise the intensity a bit............ Im pretty sure after watching episode 8 of the Pacific my dick grew another quarter inch.... that miniseries is amazing!!!!! Talk to all of you Soon.
