Things going ok at the moment. Doing my stretching in the morning shower and girth work in a shower before bed. I'm doing 1 set of stretches in each direction with 25 kegels, then 150 side to side stretches and sometimes a little jelking in the morning. Then in the evening i've been doing 30 squeezes, I do them in sets of 5. I do 4 reps for 5 seconds, then the last rep I do 10 seconds and squeeze together a bit, then jelq with my base hand and start the next 5. Then I do some erect kegels and edging. I will be upping reps each week! Being more structured now.

Havn't posted in a while...
Things have been going ok recently. I dropped the girth work for a while and been doing a stretch only routine. Funny thing is I seem to have gained girth but not length from just stretching(weird) thats not measured but it visually looks much fatter and fuller in the hand. Perhaps i'll measure length and girth in the morning. But last time I measured length it was still 2 tiny notches away from 8" bpel.

Oh and flacid size has improved quite a bit recently, especially girth again for some reason.

Put some old pics in my album. I know they're old but its right around where I am at right now.
Struggling to find the right time to do pe at the minute. Just started a very physical job with early starts. I'm in too much of a rush in the mornings, when I finish i'm physically done in and by the evening I just want to crawl into bed. Perhaps I will start having earlier nights and try and get up slightly earlier. Just SO tired all the time now. Got to do something as just rushing half a workout just wont do haha.Start -

Been doing quite alot of jelqing the last couple of days and quite liking it again. Think I might concentrate more on girth for a bit as my dick seems to be willing to gain girth right now. I measured the other day and length is about the same. I did get it to 8" bpel on the ruler but I felt I was cheating slightly, I was pressing really hard and pressing the ruler into my slight upward curve so i'm not counting it. But girth really surprised me, I was really hoping to see some measured gains and I wasn't dissapointed. It was bang on 5 3/4" or 5.75" or however you write it. I'm well happy with that! Like I said, considering I gained that off just stretching(somehow) i'm interested to see what will happen with a good girth routine.
Going to be doing jelqs as I feel they will help girth obv, but hopefully help keep my length too. I will also be doing squeezes and ulis.
I will probably start with something like this
Warm up in shower
150 slow jelqs with 70 to 80% erection
6 20s ulis
25 5s squeezes
Warm down in shower
I will increase reps slightly every week
I will also be doing kegels and edging
I will do the routine mon tue wed thu fri and have the weekends off. But if my dick seems tired I will take atleast 2 days off immediately
Lets get to 6" girth!!! I KNOW I can get there!

Been doing this routine about a month now. I started doing the ulis/squeezes first as I would find it hard to get the erection needed after all those jelqs. It's been going well but I don't really see much difference visually. I think I was measuring too frequently before. But going to get the measure out later today and see if i've made any progress.
I have also started trying to stretch my foreskin a little as it seems to be squeezing my dick a bit too tight when I pull it back, it even causes a little of my shaft to be bunched up behind the tip. It doesn't look the best so hopefully the stretching helps.Start -

Changed a few things lifestyle wise i'm hoping will have a positive effect with my pe too. I love lifting weights and have made alot of progress recently with my physique. Trouble is, to grow i've needed to consume 4000+ calories a day. Which for someone my size doesn't make sense, I should grow well on 3000 but I don't. Also alot of my calories have come from carbs, which i've recently noticed make me feel like absolute crap. So I came to the conclusion i'm probably sensitive to gluten. Perhaps that's why my body can't use the food i'm eating correctly. So I have decided to ditch all gluten and reduce all carbs massively to 50-100g a day. I was looking at the Carnivore diet, which is pretty much what i'm eating now. Just with a little fruit to add carbs and fibre. The other thing that I started was intermittent fasting. 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window. This is supposed to ramp up your growth hormone up to 2000%, not sure I believe it tbh but I do like to experiment on myself lol. It's also meant to sky rocket your testosterone... We shall see!
Also I have measured at 8" BPEL every time I measured in the last 2 weeks, so i'm happy to call that progress! Girth is still at 5.75"Start -

So its been 3 years...
Was going to start another log but thought I may aswell carry this on.
I haven't been doing pe these last few years, life got in the way I guess. But after noticing what seemed like alot of shrinkage while both flaccid and erect I knew what to do lol.
I haven't got any accurate measurements at the moment, but I think my bpel is just over 7" going by an object i know is 6.5". I will get something to take measurements ASAP though.
I have just started a really mild routine, its just a little warmup, 10 minutes of stretching and 100 jelqs.
My eq isn't the best at the moment so should prob try kegels again. Also like alot of guys on here I am ditching porn. I find it damaging in many ways so it has no place anymore.
Let's see where this goes, kinda hoping for quick gains back upto around 8" again but will continue on this time.Start -
