    Had my first couple of days off, peener felt tired. I did my stretches on a workout, then when it was jelq time, let's just say I was clearly too tired lol. But everything still seems cool, ready to rock again tomorrow.

    Actually interestingly, all yesterday evening it felt like I had pretty much a permanent semi, like not just a full relaxed flaccid, but it was a proper semi all evening. Not really experienced anything like that for many many years. Even with pe. I've always seemed to rush my pe in the past, also I think I've used too much pressure, during stretches, jelqs and squeezes. Doing this lighter work seems to be really working well for me at the moment.

    Going to just carry on this routine for maybe 2 or 3 months and see how I go. If anything I will just add a few more reps, but very gradually and the pressure I use will remain the same.

    So I'm happy to be going again today after my rest. Unfortunately my flaccid is terrible today. Had a few beers last night and bought some cigarettes and smoked about 10 of them. It always seems to affect me terribly. I generally do this most Fridays after work, terrible habit I know. I'm going to throw away the smokes and beers I have left as otherwise ill smoke all day and drink again tonight. Also hoping that doing this may help break this bad habit... No-one likes throwing money in the bin every week right? Haha

    Not really much to update, flaccid and post workout both looking loads better which is always a good sign. Eq not been the best recently but that could be down to quitting porn, who knows. All good though.

    One thing I thought I would add is my current supplement regime...

    Morning -
    Multivitamin x1
    Cod liver oil x3
    Vitamin d 9000iu

    Evening -
    ZMA x2

    I have just had some Arginine delivered too in AAKG form, will take a couple of grams or so preworkout and 4 or 5g before bed. Also take 5g creatine a day and make my own pretty basic weight gain shakes.

    Now the weather is improving and I'm out in the sun quite a bit, I may look to lower the vit d.

    How much Vit D do you take? Sorry just saw it. I would cut back to 5000/day.

    Yeah I'm lowering it to 6000, then maybe to 3000 when the weather improves further.

    Got some measurements today. Was 7.3" bpel and 5.9" meg. I'm doubting the girth measurement though now, I think maybe what I used was a bit stretchy and I maybe stretched it when measuring. Don't think I've had a 5.9" meg in my life, so going to remeasure that tomorrow.

    Not updated in a week or so. Things still going well. Started weightlifting again but find it hard with being so tired after work. If I can get 3 sessions in a week I will be happy with that and maybe do upper/lower/upper one week, then lower/upper/lower the next.

    Flaccid doesn't seem as good these past few days, but think its because of that niggle skin pain I got near the base. Its like an inflamed hair follicle kinda pain. Its gone now, but had to drop the jelqs and do a few squeezes instead. I think its because I'd started doing the jelqs in the shower, need more lubrication I think. So will add them back in but use a proper lube and see how I go.

    So, interesting thing. Flaccid was probably the best its ever been yesterday evening. I tend to turtle quite bad, especially through the day, and it relaxes and grows in the evenings. Yesterday was unbelievable! I'm not sure if this happens to you guys, but every now and then it just feels fully relaxed(balls too) and it takes on a different feel, texture and density. Literally feels like a different cock lol. So when I was doing my pe it was hard to concentrate as kept getting erect and just wanted to fap tbh. But persevered and got the erections down between stretching sets by doing raises. Then did my jeans. Funny though the jelqs seemed to lesten the pumped look/feeling but it is what it is. Felt great to have that though. Today it just feels the same as it has done. Just waiting to eat now, do a chest/tricep routine, pe, shower then chill before bed and away again. Haven't got any updated measurements, don't expect there's any difference really. Tbh I don't really have the urge to constantly measure like I used to. Just going to keep doing it as part of my lifestyle and if I make gains I make gains. Will probably check every now and then just so I can update you guys on here, but things are going well.

    I'm not sure if maybe the arginine was partly responsible for yesterday's insane flaccid and erection/sensation etc. Going to definitely keep taking it as I'm pretty sure its doing some real good.

    I had vit D deficency. (19 if I remember correct)
    I took 2500 everyday for 3 months and my levels got to the perfect range.(40)
    Since then I am taking 1200/day in order to maintain the level.
