  • Trying to beat Pre-E! + gain exercises

    Hi. I decided to make another log. It's mostly to try to beat my premature ejaculation but Im going to go ahead and implement big als jelqless routine in here as well. I don't really care about gains that much but hopefully I stick with it.

    I'll stick with this for let's say 6 weeks like big al suggests.

    My pre e routine will be:

    30 stretches in each direction, Trying not to IK while doing it.

    Hindi squats, max I'm aiming for is 10 minutes in 1 session.

    Death grip edging for 20 minutes min

    Holding a RK everytime I pee so I don't IK when I'm done.


    Then doing big als jelqless routine.

    500-1k side to sides

    50 5 second squeezes.

    Keep in mind I don't be warming up and down.

    Something I won't be documenting on here is that I will be doing Reverse Kegals throughout the day whenever I remember..




    The reason for my 6 week deadline is that if let's say I get no progress with my pre-e I will probably be starting light banding, hopefully I can control it by then.



    GOAL FOR PREMATURE EJACULATION: I want to be able to edge with lube for lets say 10-20 minutes easily without having to stop and go every 2 seconds. I want to be able to edge with lube + hand as easily as I can without lube.

    Measurements : 17.8 CM (7 IN) BP X 11.5 CM (MEG)

    Goal : 7 inches NON bone pressed ( 8 IN BP would be good) x 5 inches MEG

    I'll log my first day as

    April, 19th.


    Today I did Hindi squat for 3 minutes before it hurt.
    Some firestarters
    300 side to sides
    30 squeezes

    For pre e I did let's say 15 minute edging session before I came to porn. My perenium locked up like concrete when I added lube to my glans and I tried everything to try to make it stop. The only thing to relax the muscle was to stroke the shaft instead.

    I noticed today for some reason the IK after I pee are harder to control with rks for some reason..

      Go for it!

      I tackled mt preE with PE, and it has gone pretty well.

      I will suggest that 6 weeks may not be enough. I took much longer to really get a hold of it in any meaningful way. About 6 months.

        Oh lord. 6 months? Damn I was hoping I could get control of this within a month or 2. Ehh, whatever I'll try not to stop

        Anways, today I held a hindi squat for 4 minutes, tried to do 5 but my legs hurt and were buzzing a lot.
        I did 30 second stretches in each direction
        Deathgrip edged for 20 minutes, this time with lube. Apparently I went too hardcore yesterday and I didn't notice it. Felt like my whole penis was bruised, also had a cut/scab under my glans. I was masturbating with an iron grip and no lube yesterday, I guess I cut myself. Learned a lesson there, from now I'm going to not be as hard on my penis and use lube when edging. The scab ended up rubbing off mid edging session, it was painful at first but after awhile my penis got to the point where it was starting to get numb. Tightening my grip a bit would get me closer to the PONR so I lessened that. It was a very good session though, I didn't have to stop so much which is crazy because usually when I use lube it's like BAM PONR, this time it wasn't like that. I guess yesterday just went crazy because I was looking at porn. It's crazy the difference porn makes.


        I still have that thought that keeps coming into my head. No Porn is the easiest to edge with, and people say it's best to edge without porn to help your premature ejactulation. Yet porn makes it all so much harder and intense to last so wouldn't porn help you? I mean sex is even way more intense than porn so I feel like porn might be the better thing to edge to? Not sure though

        Today was an off day for Big Al's workout


        EDIT: If anyone is actually reading this, do you think I should stop the edging sessions for a bit until the scab/bruisy feeling heals? Or should I just keep doing what I was doing?

          Porn does things to your brain. I think you can make the comparison between a good meal (sex) and a snack full of junk (porn).
          Whne I started to edge it took some work to get hard and stay hard without any outside stimulation. But I stuck with it. I haven't seen any porn in a very long time. And not edged to porn at all since starting the PE journey.
          I find that I have become habituated to edging. I get hard very easily and quickly. I do it daily in the shower, and I am so accustomed to it now that as I walk toward the shower stall I start to feel the erection growing.

            Decided to take a break from edging because penis has a cut/scab on it that irritates me when edging.

            So today I just did Big Al's routine
            300 side to sides x 30, 5 second squeezes
            did some firestarters between these
            Did 30 sec stretches in each direction
            4 minute hindi squat to finish it all off

                Did 30 sec stretches in each direction in the shower
                edged for quite a bit,deathgrip on shaft, didn't touch glans because of the cut under the head. Didn't time it or anything but I wanna say it was more than 10 minutes. I couldve just stopped there and went on to work but decided I might as well finish since I was losing my erection and went towards the glans and instantly hit the PONR. I'm not too happy about that. Oh well, I'll finish tonight off with hindi squats. I'm guessing itll be 4-5 minutes. I also need to measure and update my first post on here to keep track of my gains.

                Noticed that I can't stop the IK's after urinating like i could before I started this log. Not sure what's up with that

                  Delayed my PE until super late at night so I didn't even do much because of how tired I was.

                  Started off with firestarters and did 300 side to sides, was still pretty damn sore but I took some breaks and hit the 300 mark
                  did 3 sets of 10 5 sec squeezes. This time I squeezed harder

                  Finished it off with hindi squats. This time I blew my mind and actually went past the 4 minute mark and all the way to the 10 minute mark! Once I stood up it was so difficult though, like my legs were both asleep. Didn't edge at all which sucks. Whatever though, I still have that cut so 1 more day of healing won't hurt.

                  Something weird happened though, while doing the hindi squats. It somehow pushed out my rectum or something and I had a ball of flesh or something sticking out my ass, like a hemmoroid or something. It didn't hurt but it was really weird, once I stood up and lied down in bed and tried to feel for it again it was gone.

                  When I went to bed I did something new, a pillow stretch. Did that for 10 minutes, I didn't really feel anything but it doesn't hurt to try

                    Ok so, got to edge again with lube finally. 20 Minutes is what I always aim for and idk. It just seemed waaaaaaaaay easier. I only reached the "oh shit, gotta slow down" moments twice. It used to be like every 2-3 seconds so GREAT PROGRESS I'm not sure what's working, it might be the deathgrips, it might be the hindi squats, the breathing, the reverse kegals, im not sure. All I know is that it's working and I'm happy. I think I found another way to reverse kegal? (I'm still not 100% sure which one is the right front reverse kegal) Will be mixing both up just in case one is the right way.

                    Hindi squats - 5 minutes. Tried to do a wider stance and it killed me lol

                    Measured after my edging session, BP 17.8 CM (7 IN). EL, I'm not sure what's going on there but it's like 5ish ? I'm pretty sure it used to be 6 at one point, I did gain about 20-30 pounds more from last year though. Was 100 something, now I'm 130. 5'5, no longer anorexic so I guess i got a bigger fat pad

                      I did my workout in the shower today. I edged for not sure, wanna estimate around 5 minutes or so. Didn't finish, this isn't my real edge session I'll do that tonight.
                      Did 40 big al squeezes
                      Did 400 side to sides, noticed that I'm still pretty sore, but once I got some blood going and a 30% erection or so it didn't hurt anymore so I continued to do it.

                      Edit: I didn't do hindi squats, didn't edge and didn't measure. Was busy all day

                        Was talking to Big Al today. He told me that my rest days should be a "no penis touching" rest days. So I'll be leaving it alone on rest days and won't be edging. I'll have my edging sessions set up on PE days only, hopefully I can stick with that...
                        Today I did 10 minute hindi squat, also stretched my legs out after and held a child pose for a bit.

                        Like I said in my first post that I was also trying not to IK after peeing, it's gotten waay easier. At times I'll forget that I'm supposed to try not to IK and forget to hold a RK and breath correctly and then I'll notice that I didn't IK at all. So far so good. I'll try to keep my edging sessions to 4-5x a week instead of everyday.

                        I might edge for today though and cum. I keep forgetting to do it on my edging sessions, think I only did it 4-5 days ago

                        Edit: I did edge. It was funny, I was edging like it was nothing for about 5 minutes, then I remembered that I haven't measured my girth so now would be great time. I run to grab the tape and start edging so I could measure and INSTANTLY I'm IK and getting close to the PONR all the time. I measured around 11.7 but if I tightened it up pretty good I would get consistent measurements at 11.5 cm (4.5 inches). So I guess the anxiety of measuring or something set me off and It was a pretty difficult session, I had to keep alternating back to the shaft and leaving the glans alone which I didn't have to do back then. Oh well, did my 20 minutes and finished today.

                          Update, so today I was reminiscing about sex with an old girlfriend when I was younger. So I decided I wouldn't use my hand but use one of my more intense fleshlights since it's more like a vagina than my hand. Ok so I've been noticing that edging has just gotten waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier lately, except yesterday but that's because of my anxiety to measure my girth.. So I lasted about 25 minutes or so with the fleshlight before I stopped. I was going at it too which is something I could never do back then, I def have gotten control of this. I also noticed that I don't IK that much, sometimes not even at all. When I pee, I try to not IK and I've noticed I'm not really IK after urinating anymore, so I'll get that dribble effect where it'll just dribble out every now and then and I gotta sit there and keep shaking it out while focusing on my breathing, any sudden movements and I'll IK though. Haven't had sex in awhile, I honestly feel like visiting one of these "massage parlors" I went to a year or 2 ago just to test how I long I can last. Not sure if worth the money.

                          Oh and ever since I started this log I haven't been watching porn at all, except that 1 time... but I felt guilty as hell about it so I won't be doing it again. I feel like I'm young again though, seeing something as little as titts on a movie just gets me going lol.

                          Anyways, I'll edit this later when I do Big Al's routine. I'll do it in the shower since I'll be warmed up.

                            So I did 40 squeezes, warmed up for almost a minute with firestarters, did the squeezes at about a 90-95% erection, kept applying heat through my blow dryer, it was pretty intense. I did 300 side to sides but I kept gaining an erection because I was squatting while doing them so I get more movement. Warmed down for a minute or 2, high heat. Stopped when my penis got toasty.


                            Got REALLY excited so decided to pull out a prostate massager that I haven't used in awhile. I wouldn't say I was edging as much as I was just masturbating so after the 5 minute mark I decided I would just orgasm. I already edged this morning so I don't care much about it.

                            Did Hindi squats for 10 minutes, it always starts off a bit difficult then gets way easier over time. I feel like I can do longer than 10 minutes but I'll increase time when this gets too easy and it becomes like sitting

                            Bought an electric heating blanket or whatever, going to be using that for my warming up sessions. I always skip this so I want to do everything right this time
