    this is my workout tracker. currentlty haging with a 2-liter bottle filled with water and a homemade bib

          8 - 20 minute sessions with 2 2-liter bottles with fatigue

          most sets are straight out while sitting my my couch. some are straight down while standing. all done watching TV.

                Yo do you mind explaining to me how exactly you made your own hanger? Sounds interesting might add that to my sessions after about 2 or 3 weeks. Have you noticed any gains ?

                  I made a homemade bib hanger-super easy.
                  It's too early to have gains. i have noticed my flaccid is thicker and much longer after hanging.

                    8 - 20 minute straight out essions with 2 2-liter bottles with fatigue

                    did a post workout bpfsl and was a solid 8" this is a gain of + 1/8th of an inch

                      I've done research regarding the different hanging angles. Mostly straight down, between the cheeks, and straight out. Currently i hang mostly straight out while sitting on my couch watching TV and I have measured a gain today of 1/8th inch. So, obviously it is working on some level, because I am feeling the so called fatigue. The only downside is that my erection quality has decreased as expected.

                      I do not feeling skin stretch when I switch to straight down probably because I've been doing between the cheeks stretches manually for months. During that time I had plenty of skin stretch. I have no idea what I started at, but i'm girthy to so I'm not worried about that.

                      Anyhow, a gain is a gain and I will continue to do straight out stretches while sitting on my couch watching TV.

                      I am thinking about purchasing an extender to use when I am not hanging to maximize gains.

                          great fatigue in my upper lower pelvis. I feel a really strong running through my shaft something maybe the septum?

                            I think that straight out hanging would be at 9 o'clock and I am hanging at 7 1/2 o'clock or 45 degrees.

                            update on my fatigue. I have fatigue under my testicles and in my lower abdomen.
