    What I Want out of PE:
    Better erection quality! More Girth for sure. Length would be a nice bonus. Able to satisfy myself further by lasting longer in bed, and enjoying sex more. Keeping my mind more focused while PE'ing, during sex, and in life in general. Being able to make a girl cum. Enjoying women more and appreciating them. Enjoying life more, feeling good about me and having and displaying CONFIDENCE.

    NEW REGIME #2: (Semi-LIGHT ROUTINE)
    Date: Thursday March 24th
    Schedule: 2 days on, 1 day off
    Total Exercise Duration: 37 min
    Grip Strength 1-5: 2
    Overview: 12min warm up, 5min basic stretch, 10min milk (5 second per stroke), 10min Edge
    Details: 2min PC warm up, 10min penis warm up, with some light massaging on BOTH areas through the rice sock. Making sure my entire penis is covered, and my balls are never touching rice sock (heat kills sperm count). 5min basic stretch (up for 30sec, down 30, left 30, right 30, straight out 30), then helicopter shakes real quick, then circle stretches (clockwise and counter-clockwise) for remainder. I stretch penis until I feel complete resistance and then hold. 10min milk, I use some bio-oil mixed with baby oil and milk using different variations like the reverse v-jelq (palm down on top of penis), pincher grip, and OK grip. Each milk lasts around 5sec. Very light grip (2 on the grip scale). After that, I edge for as long as I can before I go to work at the hospital.
    Main Exercises: Jelqing, Kegels
    Off-Routine: Once a week I edge just for the pure fun of it. I try and do 100 kegels a day with variations like quick kegels, to regular, to holding it in as long as I can, to kegel slams. I do squats daily (weights not mandatory) to try to strengthen & stretch out the groin area/pelvic region to improve bloodflow. Everytime I use the restroom I stop my urine flow in "middle piss" for about 5secs. After piss I do a few JAI stretches

    Warm Up Method: Rice Sock microwaved for 2 and a half minutes with glass of water to provide moisture
    Cool Down/Warm Down Method: Cooling down with cold wash cloth for 1 min
    Equipment: Bio-Oil (lube), Baby Oil (lube), Kitchen Timer (lets me know when to move on to next exercise), Rice Sock (I've found Rice Sock to be superior to moist heating pad because it heats better and stays hot longer, plus its much cheaper and has more durability/longevity)
    Supplements: Multivitamin
    Devices: None

    Measurments: 6in NBPEL, 5in EG (Mid), ..... 4in NBPFL, 5in BPFL, 4 1/4 FG
    Erection Quality 1-10: 6
    Body Clues: My EQ still needs alot of work. Kegeling should do the trick. My penis still shrinks up during sessions, although im not excersising that hard?
    Comments: Have to really improve on edging.. Tried to reverse kegel during edging session and It made me blow my load.

    Body Clues: Flaccid size has improved since switching to a lighter routine. Penis head still isn't engorged when erect (not sure if this means any thing?) It does when I balloon though. Still working on erection quality. Morning woods are still very inconsistent, I wonder if it has to do with sleep quality. I still can't achieve an erection without touching myself. Most of the time I have to look at some form of porn to get a good wood. When I'm with a girl my EQ is at around a 8.5-9, so it's not a HUGE problem, but I really would like to get hard on my own, and I still would like a EQ of 10 when with a partner
    Comments: I PE before work in the mornings. I've been using a lighter grip on my penis, treating it as if it was an egg and I can't break the egg. My porn habit is improving, no hardcore porn in a week, only solo girls playing with themselves (movies & pics). Trying to slow my mind down during sessions, I have a tendency to think about several things at once. It's pretty bad, so bad that when I was having sex the other night, during sex I started thinking about random stuff like sports, or this fight I almost got in earlier that day, or even weird shit like wondering/worrying about when my family members might die.?? WTF! My EQ immediatly went down when those thoughts popped in my head. I truly believe that my mental state needs to improve before I can truly see some serious progress. I'm thinking about going on meds to improve my vitality and views on life (I have been extremely negative and worrysome for YEARS). I am still drinking green tea and listening to nature music during sessions to improve concentration, and it is helping

    OLD ROUTINE (STOPPED DUE TO OVER TRAINING)

    Date:
    4/18/10 - 4/25/10 (one week, sunday to sunday)
    Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri (Sat & Sun OFF)
    Total Exercise Duration: 40 min
    Grip Strength 1-5: 4
    Overview: 10min warm up, 5min stretch, 15min jelq, 10min ballooning/edging
    Details: 10min warm up, I warm up pc/bc muscle for 2min out of the 10 allotted, some massaging, and making sure my balls are never touching rice sock (heat kills sperm count). 5 min stretch in circular motions (clockwise for half the time, 30sec break with some hellicopter shakes, then counter-clockwise for the other half). I stretch penis until I feel complete resistance and then hold. 15min jelq with variations of "reverse V jelq" (palm down), OK grip, Pincher grip, with 1min rest break and 1min massage break during jelq time period. I try and jelq slow as I can for a more thorough workout, each jelq lasting 3-4 secs. 10min ballooning/edging, I balloon more often than edge, but I still edge because masturbation is HEALTHY. I try and not watch porn when ballooning/edging but I do look at some solo nude pics when jelqing to maintain proper erection level.
    Main Exercise: Jelqing, Kegels

    Body Clues: Flaccid size has decreased. My buddy looks tired/fatigued, as if he's saying "leave me alone". Feel slight improvement in base girth when semi erect. Also, I've noticed head of penis doesn't get engorged even with erection (not sure if it ever did though). Although it does when I balloon..interesting. Looks overall are the same. It's been years since I've had morning wood consistently, I rarely, and I mean rarely get it now. I also rarely can achieve an erection without touching myself, or watching porn. Note: When I'm with a girl opposed to PE'ing, my EQ goes up to an 8 or 9

I'm also trying to contain my porn habit. I've severely reduced the amount of hardcore porn, and have been making the transition to amateur/softcore/solo porn (no dicks allowed). I am doing this because I believe it is rendering me incapable of achieving an erection without visual stimulation of that kind. It's affecting my life, self esteem, how I view my penis size (porno dicks aren't the common dick), and how I view everyday women (all women are sluts, they are on this earth to get fucked, and all I want to do is bust in them and slap 'em with my cock). I feel good about trying to help myself in this way. I notice that I loose focus often when PE'ing, so I am PE'ing to nature music, and drink green tea during my workout and it has helped.

    the above mentioned body clues or as people call them P.Is sound really like your over training. you have a pretty hard routine. the effects that most people seek after a workout are : plumper heavier flaccid, any kind of engorgement, and easy attaining erections. also as i see you are on 5on 2off routine. if your penis really feels tired after a workouts and if that increases during the week try 2on 1off schedule. here a lot of people has a less is more kind of thinking. you should try it. be safe in first place

      note to self: put in next update: kegeling and reverse kegeling during workout. also, edging, how many times you edge a week, and thoughts about it.. oh and also noticed reverse jelquing feels so goood.. and try warming up the sides of the penis more. make a post about reverse v jelqs and how its tuff to stay erectwith regular vjelqs.. measure penis, and take first advanced measurments of flaccid, middle eg, etc.... update using tlc-x with comfort straps...tlx with retainer cone at night?

      --- probably should add them in while stretching AND milking...? .. also, ive noticed when kegeling during workouts that it can reduce erection quality..

        well a lot of us are temped to get up in heavy routine hoping to see gains over night, but this doesn't work so. also do not compare your PE journey with Bodybuilding exp. since penis is a lot more complex. the best way is to start really easy and watching the responses, and amping as time progress slowly step by step. and if you menage to find routine that gives some gains and results stick with it. most time people need 3-5 months to see if something works. focus more in the beginning on your techniques and quality.

        good luck on your journey and read the PEsG tread in success forum, it's motivating and a really a good example how simple things work usually the best.

                UPDATE: I will be doin a much less invigorating workout.. and frankly, Im goin to focus more on the art of pleasing a women with the penis I have now, before trying to transform myself into a tripod. I'm going to post my new routine soon.

                  don't give up exercising, do in on regular basis just with less intensity you wild find it really beneficial both in length/girth as in pleasing your women since you will be harder and you will last longer. (the bigger dick the less art haha :P )

                      hahah u make a good point, although imo if you can "finish" (make a girl cum), then your penis size is indifferent. I agree with going light on my dick, so i think ill do it on a 2day on, 1 day off regime (like pesg), and for the majority of the time just stick with his regime.

                          my new regime:

                          2 days on, 1 day off (religiously)
                          12 min warm up (2 min warming up pc muscle)
                          5 min basic stretching
                          10 min milk (jelq)
                          NO warm or cool down

                          I will not be straying away from this plan. In 2 months, I will take measurements and report back any progress and to see if any changes are needed
