Details: 2min PC warm up, 10min penis warm up, with some light massaging on BOTH areas through the rice sock. Making sure my entire penis is covered, and my balls are never touching rice sock (heat kills sperm count). 5min basic stretch (up for 30sec, down 30, left 30, right 30, straight out 30), then helicopter shakes real quick, then circle stretches (clockwise and counter-clockwise) for remainder. I stretch penis until I feel complete resistance and then hold. 10min milk, I use some bio-oil mixed with baby oil and milk using different variations like the reverse v-jelq (palm down on top of penis), pincher grip, and OK grip. Each milk lasts around 5sec. Very light grip (2 on the grip scale). After that, I edge for as long as I can before I go to work at the hospital.
