    What’s up y’all
    It’s ya man Hardcor and I’m about to start posting my progress to this forum.

    My current routine is:
    10 minute warm-up
    10 minute stretching (freestyle)
    5 minute low erection v-jelq
    10 minute low erection jelqs
    10 minute warm-down

    Total exercise time: 25 minutes (excludes warm-up/down)

    1 day on 2 days off (this fits my schedule)

    Starting size:
    18.5cm bpel
    14cm *condom length
    19cm bpfl

    Current:
    18.5cm bpel
    14cm *condom length
    19cm bpfl length

    Short-term goal:
    21.5cm bpel
    17cm *condom length
    22.5cm bpfl

    *Condom length is the amount of penis the condom actually covers while on.
    I measure this because I rarely go in vag raw, and I’d like to hit the cervix without being balls deep.

    Feel free to give me any advice or share thoughts and ideas

    7pm Workout #2

    My first workout was
    10 minute warm-up
    5 minutes and 30 secs of stretching (freestyle)
    5 minute low erection v-jelq
    5 minute low erection jelqs
    10 minute warm-down

    Today’s workout:
    10 minute warm-up
    10 minute stretching (freestyle)
    5 minute low erection v-jelq
    10 minute low erection jelqs
    10 minute warm-down

    I feel like I could add 5 minutes to stretching and 5 minutes to regular jelqing
    Perhaps on the next workout depending on my Pis.

    My bpfl went from 19cm to 19.5 cm to 20cm this past week and a half.

    The reason why I want to increase TUT is because I’m not receiving any positive Pis other than the bpfl gains. I want a nice elongated flaccid hang after I workout instead of constant turtling.

      Workout #3 *Morning*

      My current routine is:

      15 minute stretching (freestyle)
      15 minute low jelqs
      10 minute warm-down

      I got rid of the v-jelq, and I’m a day late because I ended up staying at work later than expected.
      No excuses

      I will measure once I get some free time!
      The workout felt alright, not to hard, not too easy.
      I may throw in 5 sets of 1 minute Kegel holds to see if that will help with my EQ.
      Also, I do a lot of groin stretching, leg stretching, ab stretches, so my pelvic floor is will definitely become more balanced with the inclusion of 1 minute kegels.

        I ran out of time to post yesterday, but here’s what I did in the evening:

        5-10 minute warm-up
        10 minute stretching (freestyle)
        15 minute low jelqs
        5-10 minute warm-down

        I also did 50 kegels and 5 sets of 1 minute kegel holds. All kegels are done flaccid.

        Changes:
        I went down 5 minutes in stretching because I could feel soreness and I actually lost 1/2 a cm. I was at 20cm now I’m back at 19.5-19.75cm in bpfsl.
        I feel that the loss was due to over-training.

        Moving forward:
        I will see how well I recover at 10 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of low erection jelqs.
        I will be doing 50 flaccid kegels a day along with 5 sets of 1 minute flaccid kegels everyday.

            I haven’t been doing the kegels everyday like I planned, perhaps that is the cause of no gains these past couple of weeks.
            I will focus on doing the kegels everyday.

            P.S. thoughts of increasing training frequency to every other day are creeping into my mind + thoughts of reducing jelq time to 10 minutes per session.

              Stretching 10 minutes
              Jelqs for 2:30 minutes (I felt a little too much pain)
              Masterbated and ejaculated 2x

              I’m going to start ejaculating once per week.
              However, I read somewhere that not ejaculating/masturbating at all is better for gains.
              I also read that one should ejaculate once a week.
              If anyone whose made massive gains chime in on this, it’d be greatly appreciated.

                I’ve started to train every other day to see what the results will be.

                My current routine is:

                15 minute stretching (Mandingo stretch)
                15 minute low jelqs
                5-10 minute warm-down

                Kegels:
                5 sets of 1 minute holds
                50+ reps per day

                Bpfsl is now slightly over 20cm❗️

                          I’m thinking about investing in stealth, but how would I use it if I base my regime on my Pis?

                            Today my joint is still sore, so I’ll wait until tomorrow to train it.

                            I’ll still do kegels throughout the day.

                            *I noticed that overeating or discomfort after eating causes me to turtle. Therefore, I will be watching how I eat and to eat to avoid stomach discomfort
