    Welcome to Rayz progress log

    After reading some many progress logs and some really inspired me on how big they become. I have decide to start my own progress log. I will post every exercises and routine that I am doing. If you find it useful, feel free to use it and if you have any question, feel free to ask me. I know about PE when I were 18 years old but I never really into it because in my mindset, I have this thinking "I am still in my puberty stage and I will still grow". Some people said it's better to exercise your penis during puberty stage, it will help to grow more but I'm not sure about it. I am 22 and an Asian who wanting to get a bigger penis I started to do PE exercises on January, 26th 2010. I completed the 90 days newbie routine.


    PE Devices

    Penis Extender (Cheap extender got it from ebay under 50 bucks)
    Bathmate (on the way)


    Routine

    For my 90 days newbie routine. I do 3 days and 1 day off but not constantly. I skip on some random day due to school. This are the exercises that I do:-
    Beginner routine
    Warm up (using a warm cloth)
    Basic stretching
    Jelqs
    Kegel
    warm down

    After doing this 90 days newbie routine. I have gained from 5.8" to 6.0". Whenever I have erection, it always hit 6.0" on the measuring tape I am not sure what was my girth when I started but now it is 5.5". My penis looks bigger than before. I feel that my penis are stronger and I always have morning wood. With this, I decided to move on to advanced exercises from beginner exercises. Conclusion about 90 days newbie routine, this exercises are good for beginners and it really help to gain. For the beginners, this is where you should start. For people who don't gain, don't give up and be patience.

    Moving on to my advanced routine. I just started advanced routine 5 days ago. For this, I do 2 days length exercises 1 day girth exercises and off the next day. So it will be like this:-
    Day 1= Length routine
    Day 2= Length routine
    Day 3= Girth routine
    Day 4= Off
    Day 5= Length routine
    Day 6= Length routine
    Day 7= Girth routine

    In my length routine this is where i use my extender.

    Warm up
    Basic stretching (i love this exercise. It's easy and it hit all angles)
    Flaccid bend
    Tuniga Stretch (when this is done, I rotate my penis)
    Mandingo Stretch
    DLD blasters (powerful length exercise)
    testicle massage
    Warm Down

    Put on penis extender for 2 hours on medium intensity.

    Warm up
    Basic stretching
    Flaccid bend
    Tuniga Stretch
    Mandingo Stretch
    DLD blasters
    testicle massage
    Warm Down

    Put on penis extender for 2 hours on medium intensity.

    Warm up
    Basic stretching
    Flaccid bend
    Tuniga Stretch
    Mandingo Stretch
    DLD blasters
    testicle massage
    Warm Down

    Done. That's my length routine.

    As for my girth routine. I still waiting for my bathmate. anyway,

    Warm up
    Basic jelqs (donwards)
    Compression squeeze
    Slow Squash Jelqs
    Uli
    testicle massage
    warm down

    Supplements

    Gingko Biloba
    Horny Goat Weed (this always make me horny)
    Omega 3
    Hawthorne Berry
    Panax Ginseng

    Current measurements

    EL=6"

    Short team goal= 7" EL x 6" EG
    Long term goal= 8" EL x 7" EG

    I like the part where you splitting up your routine in length and girth days. you can remain focus if you do like that. i have a question for you. how are your P.Is. You have some really advanced exercises in your routine like mandingo stretch. and the second question is: why have you dropped the beginners routine? have you stopped gaining on light exercises or ?

      were did you get the horney goat weed, did you get it from a store or did you have to order it?

        I have rock-hard erection especially in the morning. On normal day, my flaccid hang lower and thicker than usual. I want to gain more in length that's why I wanna move to advanced routine. I am not planning to do clamping yet. I might do that 3 months later.

        I order it online. It's pretty cheap. Less than 10 bucks you can get a bottle. In Canada, there is a shop called "Popeye Supplements" which sell this supplement. I eat omega 3 and Gingko biloba most of the time. Horny goat weed make me really hard and horny. I read thru some article online. They said people use it as viagra.

          Good start to your progress log rayz. It looks like you are doing a lot of advanced exercises. Just be careful and watch your P.I.s to make sure you aren't overdoing it. But your routines look like you should bang-out some nice length. Your girth is already huge. Good luck!

                  Started advanced exercises on day 89, 23/4/2010

                  Advanced exercises

                  day 89 completed extender 4 hours + length routine (I did edging and didn't ejaculate 4 hours later.Penis was long and thick than normal. It was sore after exercises)
                  day 90 completed Light stretching (No extender, penis was sore)
                  day 91 completed girth exercise
                  day 92 rest (no exercise)
                  day 93 completed length routine 4 hours extender + length exercises. Feel my penis is tired and get about 70% erection.
                  day 94 completed length routine 4 hours extender + length exercises. kept getting erection at 3rd session so I ended with 200 stroke jelqing.
                  (Today) day 95 completed girth routine, extender on for 3 hours in the morning. Finish off with edging but ejaculated at the 3rd time of PONR. Penis is thicker in flaccid state.(base of penis is abit sore. no pain/hurt. Is this a good sign? hmm)
                  day 96 tomorrow will be a rest day but if bathmate arrive tomorrow, i will do workout with the bathmate.

                    just be careful mate. a lot of people here progress with low intensity stretches and light jelqs in beginning. you have 2 reason why you should consider a lighter routine. 1) safety in first place, mandingo stretches and bundle stretches are intense, you could easily injure yourself, if you consider the healing time it's better to go slowly into advanced exercises. there is also an article targeted to people that jump start to advanced stuff on the main page which points out the bad stuff that comes with that approach. 2) even if you gain you will hit the plateu faster since your penis will be used to more intensified exercises. add to your routine more edgeing instead it should be beneficial with pump effect and healing effect.

                    i wish you luck with your routine but you should consider to take it more slowly since a lot of people here will tell you that PE is a game of dedication and patience in first place. i myself found using advanced stuff for a month and with no gains and bad PIs. cheers

                      @rocknrolla.. thanks for your advice. I appreciate it.. I will try to see if i gain if i don't.. I will reconsider to do a lighter routine. Just to make sure, edgeing is like masterbate but without ejaculating right?

                        edgeing is masturbating and rubbing your penis till you reach your PONR (point of no return). When you do that you revers kegel (relax your pc muscle) and don't cum. repeat the process several time. During your edgeing sessions you should get girth end length expansions and overall it will help you with time last longer and control your ejaculation. Try to edge 15-30 min in the beginning and add more time as you progress. at the end of your sessions you can cum. if you don't cum then it's balloning. it's almost the same but the second will make you more hornier as you accumulate days without climax.
