    Hey so starting off the usual JP90 day routine.
    I did my first session yesterday, and the stretching felt good.
    I could feel a slight soreness in the ligaments under the skin, like under the pubes, after.

    Questions on jelqing.
    How do you maintain an erection the whole time?
    And how do you get ya balls, and the skin attaching your balls to your dick (i believe this i called the gooch) out the way?


    Every time I stated a jelq at the base, my gooch got caught in my fingers, OK grip hand down and my index and thumb are pinching my gooch the whole time. I started using the OK grip to the side so my index and thumb meet on the side of the shaft and dont pinch the gooch. I think im doing the jelq right, my dick is like 50-70% hard but pushing the blood to the head makes the head look like a 100% max penis, i can see the veins popping, doesnt hurt but kinda feels like bursting.

    Update gonna use this as a log to get the hang of the exercises.
    Just did a sesh. about 45 minutes including warm up.


    Struggling with V jelqs, I can't really apply the right pressure with my ring finger (you put your dick between your ring and middle finger right?) maybe my hands are too small.
    Took a piss immediately after, my dick feels odd right now. Not bad just odd like after i've edged for ages or something
    I didnt a few kegels while trying to maintain erection, so i need to focus more next time
    Stretching was good
    Jelqs were good. Erection maintenance at 60-70% is not easy. Im oscillating between like a 50% chub, where my dick is nearly at max length and width but not hard and then jerking off for a while i go to 80-90%. I did a lot of jelqs at this 50% I could still see my head/glands get real big at the end of a jelq

        Gonna try to keep a log here.

        Did 2 days of PE this week today and yesterday, need to up it to 5.

        I get it now, why all men dont do this, because its hard.

        It takes time, it takes patience, you need to develop technique.
        Its the same reason not all dudes are ripped or have the body they want.
        Man im so happy and excited that im starting this.



        I havent really seen any PIs pos or negative. On a whole i have been much healthier in the last month. I used to smoke weed daily and i havne't smoked in 30days. I've been doing a lot more cardio, and exercise. Fapping much less, i used to fap 3-4 times a day. Now its once a day, and i've abstained at least 1 day a week. Quit hardcore porn. I think its all a big snowball effect. Im also taking Citrulline Malate, and ginko and super B

        I have i would say the usual morning boners. My jizz loads are getting ridiculous. hahah i think it beause of the Citrulline Malate, and ginko mostly, but the mess is actually a bit fucking annoying. Oh well gonna have to find a girl and cum on her

          Hi Mocha - just wanting to point out there is a progress section of the forum for tracking your work. Maybe a mod will move this for you.

          Also, while tempting to PE 5 days a week, be sure you're incorporating rest days which are arguably more important after strong xays of working on. Various people prefer different intervals, mine being 2 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off.

            yeah i should ask a mod if they can move this whole thing.

            I keep in mind the rest days but they usually take care of themselves cos im a lazy jerk, some days i just dont do my PE, and others my hands are p wrecked from paino traning too.

                I did do a PE session today.
                50 minutes all up, about 30 minutes of jelqing, 10 stretches 10 minutes warmup, longer warm down.
                My dick was a bit less stable through the jelqing. I was finding it harder to maintain levels while jerking it, especially after 80%

                I have been undisciplined the last few days. A few smokes, and drinks over the weeked. I had a dart this morning and that was bad.
                This could be the reason for less dick control. I have also been jerking it too much. I need to work on the discipline more than anything, nothing wrong with the workout. Noticed changes tho, its all part of it.

                I will not be jerking or smoking tomorrow, and smoking over the week. Gotta get that big diccck

                  I didnt do the full exercise today. I just wasnt feeling it. I know that's a shit excuse.
                  I did do some stretches in the shower.


                  Noticeable difference in EQ, hard not to blame it on the smoking, and long jerking off yesterday. I did do some cardio and lifting today, before the shower. Lack of strong morning wood, and i didnt pop any boners during the day. Thats some shit man.

                  Anyway heres to tomorrowd
                  I think im going to start doing my PE exercises earlier in the day. THE TEMPTATION TO FAP IS OVERWHELMING.

When I start my jelq(with the other hand pinching just below the glans) I OK grip down my dick pushing away the skin then I tight my grip and jelq up.

                      real quick one.

                      Did about 50 minutes today.
                      Maintaining an erection during jelqing was not as easy as previously. I also just felt like my dick wasnt as big? In some way like the 100% wasnt a 100%.


                      I did fucking smoke last night. And i ended jelqing by jerking off. I WILL NOT SEE GAINS IF I KEEP DOING THIS.

                        Hey icemocha,
                        don't go so hard on yourself otherwise you will quit soon. It is really difficult to sustain motivation to do PE 5times a week, an hour a day or so... This is what made me quit 4 years ago, because I was able to keep up with such goals.
                        Now I my goal is to do PE at least 3 times a week for at least 15 mins (45mins a week). This way if I skip a workout or two in one week I will not feel demotivated. Also it is easier to find motivation on a day when you are tired to do at least 15 mins of workout rather to motivate yourself to do full 1h procedure.
                        Please note on average I actually do 1h a day on average and for now I am able to do 5 days a week (1 month in of restarted PE). But when things in life turn worse, I will still do at least my 45minutes a week. With this in mind I will probably always stay above this because once you start (those 15 mins) you usually find more power and motivation to exceed those 15 mins.

                        PS. I never found ejaculation had a negative effect on my PE (I used to blow before my PE sessions). Also occasional smoking will not prevent you from gaining, it might just slower the gains.. You should try to avoid it because of your overall health rather than just because of PE (but choose whatever motivates you more).

                          Thanks heaps Startshere and petrpan for the advice.

                          Pan your dec 2013 gains to feb 2014 are bloody amazing. I understand that its a marathon not a sprint, but i would also really love to get gains that quick hahah. Do you count warmup and warmdown in those times?

                          Did a about 40 minute workout today (including warmup/down)

                          Added a bit more to the stretching, just like pulling it out and holding left, right, diagonal etc.
                          Jelqing was good. Maintaining erection was okay today. I still need to jerk it maybe after every 10-20 jelqs. I watch like softcore fap tributes, cos im off the porn. I will work on the dick control to maintain erections at the 70%. I feel like its i jerk off to like 90% start jelqing and then it comes down to like 40% during the jelqing, and then i jerk off some more.

                          Today felt good.

                            I actually never did any warm ups/downs, even though I am considering applying some heat to me penis during hanging which I am planning to do now more frequently.
                            When I would lose erection during jelqing, kegels usually help - but not if I have blown a load before the session (which I don't do anymore).
                            Regarding my gains 4 years ago, those were some newbie gains that I will never see again. Also not all the BPEL translated into NBPEL. But I am still hoping to see myself in 7" club within next 10 weeks. My main issue now is time due to work and family reason.

                              Yeah i get that, do you know what the relationship between BPEL and NBPEL is? For example is BPEL = 6", and if your starting NBPEL = 5", does that mean you will have an inch of noob gains? I should look that up.
                              I should also read up more on kegeling during jelqing, i have been avoiding doing that during jelqing. The reason in my head is that its going to be a more "natural" blood flow. which is a stupid reason too.
