    Hi all,

    Starting this thread to track my journey to my perfect penis.

    Since a young age I have always been bothered about the size of my penis. I am starting this blog as a way to stay consistent, accountable and to track my progress. I will be a success story one day.

    Current stats and issues:
    - NBPEL 6.5' x MEG 4.75' (6.5' x 4.75')
    - Penis Curve to the Left
    - Recovered from PIED but now I have Prem - E
    - Rather extreme Fordyce Spots

    Goals
    - NBPEL 7.5' x MEG 5.75' (7.5' x 5.75')
    - Correct Penis Curvature to the Left
    - Cure Prem - E
    - Reduce appearance/severity of Fordyce Spots

    Action Plan
    - Starting on the PSEG program. Operating on a 2 day on, 1 day rest frequency
    - Start stop technique aiming for 20 minute sessions x 3 weekly. Starting with just my hand
    - Regarding Fordyce, from my research they seem largely incurable, however there seems to be ways to potentially manage them/reduce there severity. I have ordered some Anti-Sebum Cream from Fordycespots.com as my first test
    - Left curvature, not trying to correct this yet immediately, want to get through the JP90 program first

    I don't expect this journey to be a quick one and I am prepared for the long haul. I expect my goals will change as I continue down this journey, but we all have to start somewhere. I will update my progress forum once a month, however I currently don't plan on re-measuring until the end of the initial 3 months.

    I have uploaded my starting pictures in my profile, as I found that this was one of the things lacking from a lot of the successful posts.

      30 day Update

      So I'm 30 days into my PE journey. Funnily enough I'm actually enjoying my workouts, their kinda fun and I know I'm actively working towards my goals. As I'm following the PSEG routine it's not a very strenuous or time consuming which is great for staying consistent. I haven't missed a day of exercises yet (operating on a 2 on and 1 off schedule).

      I still don't plan on re-measuring until the end of the 3 months. If I've made gains I'll continue with the routine for another 3 months. If I haven't made any gains I think I'll switch to the JP90 which is a more aggressive beginner routine. Anyway now for the update on the goals:

      Length x Girth:
      While I haven't re-measured, I've noticed an increase in EQ which absolutely meant I was bigger. During one Start Stop session I reached an EQ of 100% which was awesome, but this brought a new challenge with it. At 100% EQ my Erection angle was pretty much vertical meaning that my erect penis sits along my stomach (even while standing). I think this may be an issue if I'm trying to perform some positions during sex. When I try to stretch it down (while erect) I can reach about horizontal, but it was quite a big stretch and difficult to do. I did some research and found that some other PEGymer's have had this issue and resolved it via normal stretching and erect stretching to horizontal. Regardless another challenge to overcome.

      Left Curvature
      My curve seems to come from the base on my penis. As I stated in my earlier post I'm not trying any erect bends or anything else like that until I'm more conditioned (6 months), however instead of stretching to the left for 30 seconds I'm only completing 15 seconds to the left and then the other 15 seconds to the right. Therefore I do 15 seconds total to the left and 45 seconds to the right. My curvature gets worse the higher EQ I get but as I said its not really my highest priority right now.

      Prem - E
      So it seems my Prem-E was more a sensitivity/conditioning thing due to my years of porn abuse, being a minute man while masturbating and recently coming off a 3 month No Fap journey. As a result I was able to increase the durations of my Start Stops quite quickly.
      In the beginning of my Start Stops I was only able to get to 15 minutes (for the first few times) and then 20 minutes and I even had one session of 45 minutes. Only getting to the PONR 3 times each session. I've also been able to get more aware my body's reactions close to the PONR and I also finally know what an involuntary kegal is!
      However with two steps forward I stupidly took four steps back. In the past I suffered from PIED which I fixed via NoFap. However recently during an Start Stop session, in a moment of weakness I looked up porn again, which then lead to me relapse and watch porn and masturbate numerous times. I escalated to all my old kinks and just like clockwork my PIED came back. I was very fucking stupid and now I'm paying the price for it. I couldn't get my EQ high enough to complete my Start Stops. Luckily I can still reach 50-70% to perform my Jelqs. From now on though I'm back doing a NoFap routine for the foreseeable future. Last time my PIED was cured after a had a couple of wet dreams, so I think I pause my Start Stops until I start getting wet dreams again.

      Fordyce Spots
      Hahaha, these fucking things. They are so annoying. Unkillable little fuckers. I received my shipment of "Anti-Sebum" from "fordycespots.com". What a joke this product is. First of all its costs $60 AUD for 20mL! That's expensive for next to no product. I applied it for 2 weeks day and night before I ran out, and in that time I did not notice a reduction in my spots at all. Absolutely not worth it.
      That's one option down. From my research on these things it seems no topical application can remove them. This is because its due to an excess production of sebum in our body. Whatever topical agent people use doesn't fix the underlying issue of too much sebum production. This is why some people have limited success with heavy duty acne medication, but once they stop taking the medication the fordyce spots return.
      This leaves me with two other potential options to deal with these: 1) Surgical and 2) Dietary.
      Firstly Surgery: It seems that electrolysis or laser may remove them *temporarily* but they come back and these surgical procedures often leave scars. Personally I have no intention of doing any procedure that scars my dick. Fuck that. The only surgery that seems like an actual solution is by this surgeon in Germany who actually removes the Sebum gland in it's entirety. However I've heard that the recovery from this surgery can take up to a year and can leave scars. Thus, refer to my earlier statement.
      Dietary: I've read a few things about people removing diary from their diet for 6 months gets rid of thier fordyce spots. As diary contributes to the production of sebum this makes sense as fordyce spots are due to an excess prodcution of sebum by the body. However, I enjoy my cheese and milk way too much. Honestly I'd prefer to eat these foods than getting rid of my fordyce.
      More than anything I feel like I've accepted my fordyce spots, they cant be killed. Unfortunately they don't make my dick look pretty but I don't really care. I've had sex with two girls in my life and neither of them even mentioned my fordyce spots and they both went down on me. Also when I have a big dick thanks to PE I don't think any girl will care that my dick has some spots on it. And if they do care their not worth it.

      Yikes, that was a big update. Sorry for the long read, but as I learn more about PEing I will continue to update my log with information that relates to my goals.

      Goals/Action Plan
      - NBPEL 7.5' x MEG 5.75' (7.5' x 5.75'): Continue with PSEG program
      - Correct Penis Curvature to the Left: Keep stretching, limiting stretching towards side of curve
      - Eliminate PIED: NoFap until I start getting wet dreams again
      - Decrease 100% EQ Erection Angle: Not doing anything to correct this currently

        Month 2

        I've decided that I will update my log at the end of each month so its easier to track/remember.

        Current Routine
        PSEG Program
        10 minute warm up
        30 seconds stretching in the following directions: Straight out, Left, Right, Up, Down
        Jelqing 10 minutes at 50-70% erection level
        5 minute warm down

        Measurements
        I still have 1 month until measuring day. Looking forward to seeing some results hopefully. Nothing noticeable upon observation currently.

        Left Curvature
        No current change, still haven't done anything to correct this

        Porn Free
        Definitely been struggling with this the last month. I hit a 7 day streak at one point but now I'm back to Day 1. However I have not noticed any further detriments to EQ. Need to cut this addiction asap.

        Things I've learnt this month
        -I've been experimenting with different pressures on the OK grip while jelqing. I noticed I was getting quite a bit of red spots when jelqing with a tighter grip. However when I reduced the pressure for my latest session I still had the same "pump" or expansion post jelqing. I think I will stick to this lower pressure of jelqing for now to prevent the excessive red spotting
        - While I was stretching down once I heard a audible "pop" the same as when you crack your knuckles from the base of my penis. Got quite worried for a minute, however it didn't hurt and didn't affect my EQ or anything else. It hasn't happened since so I assume it's nothing to worry about.

          Month 3

          Completed the 3 months of PSEG's program 1 week ago. Had a weeks rest and then re-measured this morning.

          New Measurements:
          BPEL: 7 1/16 inches (Gain of 1/16 inches)
          MSEG: 4 12/16 (Gain of 0 inches)

          Although I am a little disappointed with making hardly any gains on this routine (but gains are gains). This was my first routine and it was a very basic routine at that. At the very least I have conditioned my unit and learned a lot about the process of PE.

          Through out the starting phase of this process I have learnt a lot and have also decided to re-adjust my goals. Instead of NBPEL of 7.5 inches and MSEG of 5.75 inches, I am now aiming for a BPEL of 7.5 inches and MSEG of 5.5 inches. I've been reading r/bigdickproblems quite a bit over the past month and whilst I want a bigger unit, I don't want it so big that its going to cause lots of problems. Which is why I've reduced the size of my desired unit.

          As I said in an earlier update if I didn't achieve decent gains I would change to the JP90 after my first 3 months on PSEG so that's what I'm going to do. Hopefully by the end of JP90 I will reach my length goal and then I can move to a more focused girth routine.

          I know I will reach my goals eventually.

            On one of your photos you stated you started at 4.5 girth. Also your pictures certainly make you seem larger girth compared to others at the same girth. Congrats on your gains.

              Month 4

              One month into my new program and all is going well. Started out doing the pure JP90 however I can't stand doing the V-Jelqs so I just added another 100 normal "Ok" grip jelqs.

              I had my technique down perfectly that I wasn't getting any brusies/red spots, which was really good. However, I had to take some time off when I went camping for a weekend and when I got back into my routine I caused some minor spotting although it has already faded 80%.

              Been watching porn again, made it 14 days into the year before I stopped. It proves to be my biggest struggle. Noticing that its messing with my EQ so I've stopped again. Currently on day 2.

              I am not re-measuring until the end of the 3 month period (March) as I did before. Also I am now only checking the forum once per month (at the end of the month) as another one of my New Year goals is to stop spending so much time consuming content on forums. If you send me a message I won't reply to then.

                Month 6

                Well this is a little weird. I definitely posted an update for month 5 but unsure why its not here.

                Anyway with the end of March marks the end of my 3 months on the JP90. Time for the new measurements:

                New Measurements:
                BPEL: 7 8/16 inches (Gain of 7/16 inches)
                MSEG: 4 12/16 (Gain of 0 inches)

                Good news, I've reached my BPEL goal of 7.5 inches. However I have still not gained any improvement in my girth since starting on my PE journey. I will post pictures when I can.

                As such I will now be switch to a girth only routine which is suggested by M9 on the r/AJelqforyou subreddit. Which involves clamping 3x10 minutes one day on and one day off. I will need to go and buy a cable clamp. I'm going to start the program very slowly and build from about 1x5 minutes to eventually reach the 3x10.

                Once again I know its a slow process but since I haven't gained any girth in 6 months I feel like I need to switch to a more aggressive girth routine. In the mean time though (alongside the new girth routine) 3x per week I'm going to do the JP90 routine to ensure I cement my gains and don't lose my length gains.

                  There was a fault on the website about 3-4 weeks ago and everything over about 7-10 days got wiped which is why your last post isn't there. Congrats on the length gains. Maybe try jelqing at an high erection level, add ulis to your routine and think about using the Bathmate? Be careful with clamping and pay close attention to PIs and I'm sure you will get those girth gains.
