    I'm going to try to stick to a log in order to track my progress. I keep a log in a tablet but I'm going to try to keep a digital to see if I like it better.
    I've been on here off and on for years.
    Current routine:
    Morning:
    5-6 days a week for morning length routine

    3-5 min. warm-up with
    rice sock
    5 min. Bundled stretch
    5 min. A stretch, 2 second holds at an angle down and to the right then down and to the left
    5 min. BTC-right left center, 30 second holds relaxing as much as possible.
    5 min v-stretch at an angle up and to the right then the left wrapped around opposite hand
    ADPS (All Day Passive Stretch)

    Evening: 3-4 days a week for girth
    5 min. Uli 4 second holds
    5 min. slow squash jelq - Found these at Matters of Size

    5 min. Uli with head squash 4 sec holds
    5 min. slow squash jelq

    Current Measurements:
    BPFSL: 7.2", BPEL: 7"

    I forgot to mention that I do Jai stretches and flaccid squeezes every time I use the bathroom. Even on off days.
    5-10 jai in each direction
    10-30 flaccid squeezes

        Question: How do you perform your flaccid squeezes? Is it similar to a horse squeeze but flaccid??

          Thanks. No, they are like Uli’s. Sometimes I will start with an ok grip then add another finger one at a time. I do light pressure. My theory is that it helps to stay engorged all day.

            I also edge 3-5 days a week. on the days that I do my girth work, I only edge for 15 minutes right afterwards without ejaculating at the end. On the days I don't do girth work, I edge for 30 minutes or more if I have the time. Sometimes with an ejaculation sometimes without.

              Woke up with morning wood 16 days in a row. My erections are also waking me up at night😁. Since it wakes me up I just go a head and grab my base and give it a few good squeezes and then go back to sleep until the next erection wakes me up.

              My EQ has been getting better and better.

                I’m really trying to focus on the quality of all the exercises I’m doing right now. Kind of like fine tuning my routine, paying attention to how each movement feels.

                  Starting this week I am replacing the v stretches with 5 minutes of Mandingo stretches just to change things up a bit and keep my penis guessing.

                    Last night I decided to try a head enforcement exercise. I took a hot shower and soaked my glans for a few minutes. Then I took a penis sleeve (a thinner one that is very stretchy, a cheep one from an adult store) rolled it up and placed it behind my glans just under the ridge.

                    While flaccid, I did full hand squeezes up to the sleeve. Kind of like an over hand ok grip with my pinky closest to my body and thumb and index finger close to the sleeve. I would start the squeeze with my pinky finger, then ring finger, then middle and finally index. I would hold this for a few seconds and repeat. I also kegeled thought the process.

                    My gland expanded a lot. I didn’t get a measurement but I did have my steel cock ring in the shower with me so I placed it around my glans to see how close it was to the edge. It was touching almost all the way around. My steel cock ring is 1.9 inside diameter.

                        I had 28 days in a row of morning wood😁. Yesterday, I got home late so I had to do my girth routine late last night and woke up without an erection so I am going to take today off. But 28 days in a row, pretty happy about that.
