I'm going to try to stick to a log in order to track my progress. I keep a log in a tablet but I'm going to try to keep a digital to see if I like it better.
I've been on here off and on for years.
Current routine:
Morning:
5 min. Bundled stretch
5 min. A stretch, 2 second holds at an angle down and to the right then down and to the left
5 min. BTC-right left center, 30 second holds relaxing as much as possible.
5 min v-stretch at an angle up and to the right then the left wrapped around opposite hand
ADPS (All Day Passive Stretch)
Evening: 3-4 days a week for girth
5 min. Uli 4 second holds
5 min. slow squash jelq - Found these at Matters of Size
5 min. Uli with head squash 4 sec holds
5 min. slow squash jelq
Current Measurements:
BPFSL: 7.2", BPEL: 7"
BEG: 5.75", MEG: 5.4", Head: 5.1"
FL: 4.5"
