  • newbie routine p90!

    I started PE precisely because of insecurity about a month and I had a very fast growth at 35 years of age, here are the measurements taken the day I started:

    August 19, 2018
    NBPEL11.6cm (4.56 ")
    BPEL 13.9 (5.47 ")
    EG 13.3 (5.23 ")

    My routine the first month was:

    -warm up 5min
    -Jelq with erection of 40% to 70%
    -training schedule 3 days on and 1 off

    Using this kind of approach my results during the first month was

    September 26, 2018
    NBPEL 13 cm (5.1 ")
    BPEL 15.1 cm (5.94 ")
    EG 14.3 (5.6 ")

    The improvements were also noted with the wife, the circumference 0.39 "plus made sex intense, and even became sore, but my wife does not know of my PE. I do not think I could have had any change to my EQ because it was always strong.
    I am very surprised with the fast gains in the NBPEL 0.5 "and I will continue my journey, I studied a lot before applying the correct technique, thank you all for the rich content in PEGYM.
    Now I'm changing my routine from today to see if there is any change in the results.
    - warm up 5min
    - stretching 10min
    - Jelq with dashes up 7min
    - Jelq with dashes down 8min or up to 13min
    - training schedule 3 days on and 1 off
    - I believe changes in the PE plan help growth

    > One thing to add I'm dieting to lose weight and taking vitamin supplements

    Sorry for my english, I used google translate.

        Today I noticed a difference in girth and probably in length, but I will only measure next week.

              Routine:

              >6min warm up;
              >15min stretching;
              >17min jelq;

              Tonight my wife and I had time for sex, it was 1 hour, but I noticed that she is more aggressive, I believe it's because of the perimeter of the penis, I'm full of bruises, lol

                  Today I made measurements only in length and for now it is in nbpel 13,2 cm (5,19") and bpel 15,3 cm (6,02"), but I have to evaluate, I am with healthier diet and taking supplementation. I will post photos soon.

                    Doc,
                    Good job so far. Looks like a reasonable plan. Be good to yourself and resist the urge to
                    overtrain.

                    Start: 1/8/18 Newbie routine:
                    NBPEL 5.75, BPEL - 6.25" , MEG - 4,825 , PSF- 6.75

                    8/1/18
                    NBPEL 6.25, BPEL 7.1, MEG - 5.25 BPSF- 7.5

                    Started Hanging 8/15/18

                    10/1/18
                    NBPEL 6.5, BPEL 7.25, MEG- 5.25, BPSF- 7.625

                      I'm in a workout that I do not want to overtrain, I agree with everything you said, less is more.

                        Routine:

                        > 7min warm up;
                        >17min stretching;
                        >16min jelq;

                        I noticed one thing after I added the stretches in my routine my gains in girth stagnated with a few millimiters of gains, but the gains in bpel are quite perceptible . I will continue this routine until next month.
