Hello guys,

I am new on this forum. I have been experiencing PE since about a year now, i noticed it first when a girl was blowing my wad and within 3 blows i was done. I couldnt control it. Later on, I had a good foreplay session with this girl and she didnt even touch my dick and while slipping the condom on i ejaculated. This happened for a couple of times and today I was looking at a video of my girl and instantly got excited and while grabbing my dick I ejaculated without even moving it or playing with it. I get really excited thinking about my girl in sexual ways.

I cant even masturbate properly. If i think of my girl and masturbate I wouldnt last more than 15 seconds, but if i dont think of anything and just do it blankly I can go on for 10-15 minutes. How do i solve this psychological problem.

Please help me out why i am facing this. Please help me solve it. I am tired of this.

Does masturbating a lot affect this? How to solve this? I used to enjoy and masturbate for a long time before, now i dont even enjoy porn. The only thing that excites me is the thought of my girl.

maybe you should have sex more often with your girl?
before with my kinda religious ex that feel bad after having sex, but sometime allow me to have sex (like once a week) i thought i have premature ejaculation, where i can't have continous stroke for more than 10 second or else i'm gonna cum. I tried kegel, reverse kegel, etc etc and it still doesn't work..
but when i'm with my girl now, we do 2-5 sex daily, i don't have premature ejaculation anymore! i even can have 1 hour sex if i want too. Even after we live in different city where i can only meet her like once or twice a month i never experience premature ejaculation anymore...
