So that was my session.
Had a really good EQ today so I measured in. I swear I hit 8.2 today. I hit 8.1 a few times.
Now here's another thing. I measure girth for the first time in maybe 2 months maybe more. I hit 5.25 and 5.2 throughout shaft.

Man I seriously think I'm neurotic.
So back in the zone for extending.
Here's my thought process. I've been chomping at the bit to try hanging. This past week I have had a dabble. I was so fed up of extending a week ago. I think I just hit the wall, so to speak.
Anyway I enjoyed the hanging and the break from the extender. It's given me a chance to realise I need to see through my extending cycle. The little bit of blood I got from my last extending session triggered my week off it and increased my distain for it! I figured I've been ramping up the tension too much. I've been struggling to get over the 2.5 hour mark. Granted it's a cheap extender, but still I manged 4 hour sessions before. Also maybe too many manuals with it.
So the upshot is, I can't quit extending now as I'll feel I have unfinished business. I need to exhaust all other options before I start hanging.
So from here I'm going to go for long extending times and fewer manuals.
I'm ramping the tension very gradually. I'm going to see how this goes for the next 4 weeks then take a week off and access my situation from there.https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...bulge-log.html

The wheels fell off this week.
I ended up have Sunday - Tuesday off.

Basically, after my last extender session I had negative pis. To be honest I haven't had negative pis like this before. Poor EQ, measured bpel was smaller, sore urine, slight lifeless feeling in unit.
I have had sex and ill say I had slight loss of sensation in ejaculation.
Feels a lot better today so I measured my unit and it 8.1 again. My session went OK but I'm taking it easy for a bit. To be honest that experience has opened my mind. Now I'm really working for increases, my risk factor rises.
I'm going to mull things over for awhile. But I think 8.1 inches is enough length for me. I might de condition for a couple of weeks and see how I go cementing what I have.
