    Yeah, it's all good, I have experience with hanging, so I've been experimenting. Now the weights gone up, I have to break every 15 to 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend an hour at all. I've done 30 minutes and that was OK as it goes but I wouldn't recommend it either.

    I only say, because it's generally considered and advanced excersise. What's made you decide on hanging at this point?

    English gentlemens warm up
    1hr hanging at 3.5kg

    Very intense session today. Had to grit my teeth a bit through this one. I wonder if it's to do with having a full day off then prizing apart those tissues again.

    I looked at the Total Man Hanger last night, but I'm not ready for it yet lol.

    I'm using the sock and working my way up from 1kg ish (2.5 lbs). It's definitely an interesting feeling.

    It's a great hanger. It's a tough feeling sometimes as the weight goes up.

    Have you ever tried an extender? Depending on where you're at in the game, extending is a real length gainer.

    One thing I'm learning about hanging is that it's very intense. I can feel it pulling on my insides lol.

    Englismans warm up
    1hr hanging at 3.5kg

    Another intense session. I took an extra break today taking it off after 10 minuets.

    Going by feel, if it gets into the unbearable, I'll shed some weight. That said, it depends where at what position I claim on the sleeve. The closer I clamp to the base, the more burn, when it's closer to my glans there's less, but I can feel a solid pump in my glans,like a squeeze.

    Anyway getting on just fine. PIs have been really good.

    I'm 3 months in. About to start settling in on a schedule program. If I don't reach my length goals from just hanging, I'll try out an extender!

    hi i just started the total man exercise routine and follow it so far seen some newbie gains

    i also just purchased the quick extender pro some guys here like it and gained by it

    what was your experience with the extender?
