    Hi mate.

    Been back at work so things have been tough going. I've just finished up my 3 months. The last two weeks I havent fitted in as much hanging as I would of liked, but I've supplemented with side to sides.

    I'm going to have a break for a week then measure in and see what's going on.

    Not sure about base girth, but I'll let you know.

    I don't think I've gained much to be honest, but I'll take anything that gets me closer to 8.5!

    Honestly, if I haven't gained, I don't think I can put myself through another 3 months of hanging. I'll just probably stick to manuals from here on in to maintain size and maybe make gains over the long long term. But I really think I've met my potential with PE, maybe girth still has potential and that'll be my focus.

    If I've gained, I may very well do another hanging cycle.

    Well I've ended up having a good couple of weeks off. Work is nuts, I'm renovating my house etc etc

    I've finally measured in and unfortunately I have made no length gains. However girth is at 5.7 which I'm happy with.

    It seems my Wang has reached its maximum length. I'm simply not willing to invest anymore time in hanging, swinging, twisting, turning, yanking, pulling....well you get the picture.

    My girth is beyond what I was after, maybe I'll persue the six inch magic number at some point. But right now I'm not fussed.

    To be honest this last month, even 6 weeks has been inconsistent after finishing up my 3 month hanging journey. I can feel I've had enough. My obsession levels are dropping.

    It's a strange feeling, but I know that my penis enlargement journey has come to an end.

    I owe every follower of this thread a massive thank you for your support, encouragement and advice.

    Anyone new reading this I want you to know, you can do it. Ignore much of the fancy stretches and all things like keeping graphs and micro measurements. The thing I've learned is consistency is the big secret.

    I'll be perusing a healthier penis in the future and work on my erection quality and stamina.

    I'll probably chuck the odd post in here and respond to any posts and messages.

    Turns out resistance is futile.

    Pound per inch is back in the game.

    I've had 3 months off training. I've done a small amount of maintaining during this time, but literally next to nothing.

    Anyway, I measured in last week to check in and I'm happy to say all measurements are the same... Awesome start.

    I've bought myself a new extender. My plan is to go back to my most successful routine back in the beginning where I made most my gains.

    Ive been using the extender for a week now at low intensity and only for 1 to 2 hours, supplemented with jp90 style stretches and finishing with 100 jelqs.

    This is what my first week looked like

    Warm up
    1 set of directional
    1 hour extending
    100 jelqs

    I did this for 4 days last week. I built up to 2 hours on the last day.

    This is the start of the second week today.

    So far.

    Warm up
    1 set of directional
    3 hours extending
    100 jelgs.

    Feels good, no soreness yet from extending. I'm planing on 5 days on and two days off where I can fit it in I'll try to take the two days off in a row.

    Already my PIs are fantastic and much improved flaccid hang.

    One thing that went down hill during my 3 month break was flaccid hang.

    Anyway. Wish me luck... I'm back.

    Warm up
    1 set of jp90 style stretches
    2 hours extending in one hour sets
    1 set of jp90 style stretches
    1 hour extending
    100 jelqs

    Feeling good. I really didn't expect to be going back to this PE malarkey in this way... But thus routine really was the best routine I ever did back 2 years now.

    Hopefully 3 months off PE would of giving me a level of decon that I needed to gain again.

    I'm approaching this with only one goal and that's to make a gain. Any gain. And as ever I am confident I will.

    This is a very strange lifestyle choice. And anyone reading this need to understand that PE is a lifestyle choice. If you want to enhance your penis then you need to make that change in your life where you absolutely dedicate to it.

    Some people gain loads some none. However I'm a believer for those who don't gain or don't gain much still have good reason to do PE and aim for other kinds of enhancement like stamina, harder erections and keep your penis in good form throughout your life do you can always enjoy it when you want to.

    So that's what I mean by I only have one goal.. Make gains and enhance my penis.

    At this point, just after a week and a half I already have a great eye popping flaccid hang through the day. Not that it really matters, but it's the sort of flaccid that would make other guys get out the changing room quicker than they wanted to.

    See? That's a gain.

    Starting to get into the swing of things. I'm still working at an easy going intensity, I'm not pulling hard on the directionals and I'm only just on the first notch of the extention bar.

    Once I get to 4 hours of extending and 3 sets of directionals, I'll start developing the intensity. This is probably a couple of weeks off

    Penis feels great. PIs are good. Dick feels full and hangs well throughout the day.
