I hate to say it couch dog, but consistency. That's the big secret of all successful PE.
But the routine I'm doing now is my most successful over all. I've gone back to it after 2 years to see if it squeezes out any more length gains.

Please don't panic guys. I'm still training. Time has been increadibly tight as work is absolutely mental at the moment. But none the less I've kept training.
I've been progressing slowly increasing my time in the extender, increasing intensity and increasing the directional stretches and jelqs.
I'm now at 5 days a week of 3-4 hours extending, 3 sets of directionals and 200 jelqs.
PIs are still good and everything is in order.
I'm noticing a real fullness of girth right now and some solid wood.
