I started beginning of September with pumping , after an over 16, yes 16 year break. Been doing every other day. Started doing stretching. Incorporated hanging and been doing that three weeks or so. September measurements biggest was 6 1/4 , and I measured 6 1/4 the other day quite bone pressed in , pointing penis straight out, as mine goes up a bit with an erection. I want to start it at 6 1/8 though . My next goal is to get 6 1/4 consistently. Although i've been pumping two months consistently The conditioning phase is still going on because I didn't start hanging until a month ago.
Girth is not as issue , ive always been a big boy down there, its genetic. Its only the base though, which is a kind of rare trait on a penis, if you do the research. Obviously, im showcasing my strong point with girth, as anyone would. Im not that concerned about girth; because I know I can fill a females vagina when i go balls deep very well. My mid girth is around 4.9 and head isn't big, so I have to rely on my base to fill her vagina up with my girth. Ive measured to 6.5 base-girth after pumping, which is freaking ridiculous and pumped too much.
I used to pump sixteen years ago with Dr Kaplins penis and scrotum pump and do feel I get some gains from them. I cant say I ve gained girth for sure because i've always been big in girth. I pumped for about nine months and its been so long , so im not even going to try and remember. In my old log I do remember I had written down 6 1/2 in length. If I remember right I measured 6.5 in september at my biggest so shrugs, was I really that big and was I pushing numbers a little? I don't know, I threw the old log out. and this is a new beginning and i'm just going to say 6 1/8 inches and try to cement gains to 6 1/4 where its consistent every time i'm fully erect or as close to cumming as I can be. =-)

I am satisfied with my penis size. Having said that, I see no reason not to try to gain additional length and/or girth because I think the average women would prefer bigger and make her feel more fulfilled and I'm all for her pleasure, which gives me greater pleasure so its a win/win!
My routine
~Pumping something like every other day with one or one intense, another more intense and other maybe moderate. Im gauging it though, if edema gets too much, then time is cut back. For example I can pump up to 6.5 for five minutes; however if I do do 2-3 sets for a total of 10-15 minutes edema happens, looking real fluid below the glans. It measured as addition inch there, but it was watery and very unappealing. If I had to have sex, I would have to explain ive been penis pumping. My pump is a hydromax x30. Its a bit tight on my girth, sometimes uncomfortable where I cant stay in too long, and have to telase, so its tailored more to gaining length, whick is great because thats more what im after
~Hanging something like five or six days a week,30-75 minutes , nothing is set in stone, and the log will tell how much; provided I update it.
I hang at 15-20 minutes at a time, and do lkegals in between the hangs for 10 -20 minutes then repeat.
on non pumping days I may use the pump at a low level maybe five minutes just to help with hanging. or two five minute sessions, etc. On pumping days ill either hang after pumping or another time, or both, splitting it up. Length is the target
