    First month completed. A little growth. Pics uploaded on profile.

    I do wank a lot. I know there's a debate over how this might impact gains. Might try and do this less this month as well as look into hanging (once I can find the right details).

    Stretched right, left, out and then down for 30 seconds each. Jelqs were quite quick and more of a V shape than a OK grip using Vaseline.

    Erect girth seems to have increased a lot. Feels noticeably fatter too.

    All dates in UK format.

    Any advice on starting out with hanging would be appreciated. As well as any other tips.
    Haven't been doing kegels should I?
