So I have been thinking about going to the gym for a while now and the perfect opportunity just presented itself. I was scrolling through my social media account and a 28 day fitness challenge came up, I clicked the link and signed up. A couple hours later I get a call from one of the fitness trainer's, he explained the challenge and got me excited to get into shape, so I'm going to give it a crack.
I start the challenge this Saturday 17/11/2018
My goal:
To shred a bit of fat
Tone up/build muscle
eat healthy
feel better
and of course make my dick look bigger by reducing my fat pad.
Increase EQ
Increase length, i am aiming for +0.2" in length to get to 7.2" BPEL
I will be adding some penis excersizes to the mix to REALY make it the ULTIMATE 28 day workout challenge. I plan to do at least one 10 minute workout a day, but I will do more when I can.(the main focus is the body) I will play around with a few excersizes over the next couple days and create a new routine. It will be mostly done in the shower.
I will post my eating/workout plan when I get them Saturday. I want to try post regulary about the workout, how I feel, gains and how my girl is reacting to the difference in sex.
If all goes well i will post some before and after pictures at the end.

I have never done anything like this and I have never been in shape. I am so excited to go on this journey and to feel how it feels to be in shape and look good.
Other things I will add, i am into meditation and i like warring a cock ring throughout the day. Mainly for flasid hang and I like to practice getting a boner throughout the day and the cock ring makes it easier. It feels good and it cant be bad for gains. I think it will help cementing gains.
