  • 28 day fitness challenge. Smaller fat pad=bigger dick

    So I have been thinking about going to the gym for a while now and the perfect opportunity just presented itself. I was scrolling through my social media account and a 28 day fitness challenge came up, I clicked the link and signed up. A couple hours later I get a call from one of the fitness trainer's, he explained the challenge and got me excited to get into shape, so I'm going to give it a crack.

    I start the challenge this Saturday 17/11/2018

    My goal:
    To shred a bit of fat
    Tone up/build muscle
    eat healthy
    feel better
    and of course make my dick look bigger by reducing my fat pad.
    Increase EQ
    Increase length, i am aiming for +0.2" in length to get to 7.2" BPEL

    I will be adding some penis excersizes to the mix to REALY make it the ULTIMATE 28 day workout challenge. I plan to do at least one 10 minute workout a day, but I will do more when I can.(the main focus is the body) I will play around with a few excersizes over the next couple days and create a new routine. It will be mostly done in the shower.

    I will post my eating/workout plan when I get them Saturday. I want to try post regulary about the workout, how I feel, gains and how my girl is reacting to the difference in sex.

    If all goes well i will post some before and after pictures at the end.

    I have never done anything like this and I have never been in shape. I am so excited to go on this journey and to feel how it feels to be in shape and look good.

    Other things I will add, i am into meditation and i like warring a cock ring throughout the day. Mainly for flasid hang and I like to practice getting a boner throughout the day and the cock ring makes it easier. It feels good and it cant be bad for gains. I think it will help cementing gains.

    Do it

    Last summer I did a 35 day fitness challenge for myself. I adjusted my diet, did daily exercise (along with PE) and got into great shape. My wife was greatly impressed.

      It could take a lot longer than 28 days to cut. Good luck getting lean while building muscle too. I've been cutting for about 3 months and still have another 2-3 months maybe. I started out at 230lbs and am currently 204. Best of luck to your PE and fitness goals. Be sure to eat more fats in your diet. It will keep your hormones up while your test levels drop from losing weight. In my opinion, you can workout without spending money on a personal trainer.

      Bottom line, if you want to lose weight, eat less. Download MyFitnessPal app to track down what you are eating.

        Diet can definitely lead to some big gains in terms of getting lean. To lose 1 pound/week you need to run a 500 calorie/day deficit. 3500 calories ~ 1 pound. There are some good apps to help track what you’re eating. For me, the first couple months I don’t usually lose a lot of weight because I’m adding muscle. Then, after that the body fat % really starts to drop. Good luck.

            I went into the gym saturday just gone. I got measured up and got given a booklet explaining what foods I can eat and to track my progress. It isn't entirely what I was expecting, it is more group fitness then personal training, but it's all good I am just going to embrace it.

            Its kind of cool how it is set up, there is one fella that runs it, he answers all of our questions through messages, and he has made a group page inviting everyone that is doing the challenge, so we can post pictures of food prep, how we are going and to motivate each other...... I'm liking it.

            So this is how the plan is structured.
            The first 2 weeks is a detox diet, cutting out complex carbs, grains, dairy, processed foods, and having smaller portion sizes.
            Then for the next 2 weeks the portion sizes are upped and complex carbs are added.

            Workout
            Strength training 4 times a week (45min)
            Yoga once a week
            A fun group fitness workout Saturday.

            Starting measurements 17/11/2018
            Weight 107kg
            Hieght 188cm
            Body fat 26.3kg
            Muscle mass 46.1kg
            Body fat % 24.5
            BMI 30.2

            They told be body fat% is the most important thing to worry about and the normal range is between 10 and 20%. So my goal over the next 4 weeks will be to get to at least 20%.

            On side but more important note......farout! I forgot how good it is to work the penis out. I've been doing jelks and stretches each day and the girlfriend asked the other day if I was on viagra. Sex has been so much better, it feels better and I am lasting longer. Knowing about PE almost feels like having a super power.

              It is very noteworthy how so many men take action simultaneously to improve their fitness and to tone up their dicks. Of course both are really to same thing - to be a real man.

              Nothing wrong with that.

              And the story goes on - how much the wife/gf notices (usually very quickly) and appreciates being with and being seen with the good looking guy with the big dick. Make no mistake, she will tell all her friends and selected enemies all about your prowess. You will also likely get a few unexpected offers.

                First week almost done 😊

                I've been so tired and lethargic since the first workout on Monday, probably because of cutting out complex carbs, sugar, energy drinks and beer. It has been a massive shock for my body, but i am starting to feel a bit better now.

                I've been to the gym Monday through to Thursday doing a 45 min high intensity workout, they have been hard But I'm getting through them........just haha.
                I missed the yoga session today because I was helping a mate out and couldn't make it.... Ah well I'll get the next one.

                Penis training has been consistent. I am doing at least 5 minutes of stretching in the shower, then at least 5 mins of jelking after. I will keep doing this routine for an another week then measure, then maybe up the time. I hope to be at least back up to 7 inches.

                  Your body actually helps you get there compared to the resistance our dick gives to PE.

                      Cheers mate, i am thinking i might move onto something else after this. Either changing gyms and start building some serious muscle, or mixed marshal arts.

                        Week 1 done and dusted, onto week 2.

                        Protein shake 2 times a day
                        2 pieces of fruit a day
                        Almonds as a snack.
                        4 liters of water a day. Mixed with fresh lemond.

                        I had 2 bourbons on Thursday when I caught up with a mate, and a couple glasses of wine with my girl on Saturday. I know It's not ideal, but things happen haha. I'll try to do this week with no alcohol.

                        My EQ has been down over the last few days, so I'm going to add in some edging.

                        I'm still not feeling the absolute best, but I am feeling better and better the longer it goes on.

                        Can't wait for more carbs next week 😁.

                          I haven't measured yet I hope to measure tomorrow. I can't wait to see how much dick I've rescued from all of that fat.
