Just a reminder for myself, not going to measure girth or length for a while just to stop expecting so much everytime I measure. It feels better when it's a pleasant surprise later on. With that said, I'm looking to measure probably somewhere in january.Last edited by bigplayre; 11-20-2019 at 10:10 PM.

Pumped 15 min at pressure 5 and 5 min at pressure 10.
Edit: Hours later, I went to the gym and worked out and when I got home and showered I noticed that I have a VERY hard vein on the underside of my dick. I think this is thrombosis, there is no pain whatsoever but there is a vein that feels like STEEL WIRE! I think I have yet again overdone it with pumping at the intensities that I've been dabbling with and the amount of time. I think I get carried away with PE to the point where I am overtraining and not being wise and healthy about recovery. If anyone has any advice on what my next steps should be I'd be glad to listen. Probably going to take a bit off of pumping and stick to manual work, stretching etc.Last edited by bigplayre; 11-22-2019 at 11:07 PM.

Still giving my dick some rest. I massaged out my pelvic area and my balls and the thrombosis I had COMPLETELY disappeared. I've been feeling down recently due to the fact that I thought I hadn't made any progress and I've been pretty consistent with my PE efforts. I do notice that my dick feels MUCH fuller and heavier although I never really measured my girth. I was disheartened mainly because I felt like I wasn't gaining any length and staying at the same spot. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, I MEASURED TODAY AT AN ASTONISHING 5.5" GIRTH!!!!!! I feel RIDICULOUSLY happy with this result. Now I understand why my dick has been seeming so much shorter and even though I've been measuring the same it just seems like it's MUCH shorter than before. I'm very extremely satisfied with this, and sometimes you just need to see the progress in order to motivate yourself to keep pursuing more. I'm trusting the process more than ever before now, I felt like I wanted to do a workout today, but I forced myself not to and took a break. I'm going to switch up my routine and start focusing very heavily on stretches because I feel like I can really make some amazing stuff happen. I've been PEing on and off for a bit over a year now and I'm starting to really understand when and how to push myself and when to back off especially with these minor setbacks with devices like clamping and pumping. At the beginning of the year I set my goals to be 7.5" BPEL and 5.5" girth by the end of the year and I won't lie I have been either RIDICULOUSLY consistent or EXTREMELY "out of shape" PE wise. But, I have also learned through trial and error what works for me and what I need to focus more on and what I need to avoid. I feel that if I express the same consistency I have been recently all of next year I'm very confident in gaining 1" BPEL and being at 8.5" by the end of 2020 with a 5.75" girth if not more since I'm mainly doing length work. Very excited and I'm pumped to KEEP PUSHING FOR BETTER AND MORE! This post is a reminder to myself first and foremost that the results will come AS LONG AS YOU SHUT UP AND DO THE WORK!

Hey guys I took a long break off PE just because of the issues I've been having health wise and some thrombosis I had from pumping too hard. I decided that I'm going to come back to PE rather than just sit out it would be better to have some work slowly compound on itself. With that said I'm strictly going to follow this pumping routine along with my manual routine. Going to reach for some goals by the end of this year since I'm a bit more experienced and understanding of how to keep myself safe and not get too crazy after seeing some results.

Felt AMAZING after this workout! EQ was ridiculously good. Going to just slowly keep putting the work in slow and steady wins the race.

It's been a while since my last post...I've been out of it recently dealing with some addiction issues that have been destroying my life for the past 2 years. I decided it's time to be real with myself and honest. This addiction has basically destroyed my dopamine cycle and I'm working towards fixing it once again. I went cold turkey off of it all I just had an epiphany about how my addiction had completely ruined everything in my life. My passions, my happiness, my relationships, my school/work, and just my quality of life itself. Been dealing with this stuff alone so it can be a bit difficult, I don't have many people I can trust that actually care to help me so I guess I'm just going to keep myself accountable on here. Aside from that, my PE workout today was ridiculously amazing, I just had to measure because I felt bigger and I was surprisingly much bigger than I thought I would be. Not listing the measurement because I want to forget about it and let it be a surprise when I measure again in a while. A quote I read that really spoke to me
Cowards die many times before their deaths; The valiant never taste of death but once
