One year has passed since I joined PEGym. I started with irregular training with bathmate and jelqing. Past year training has not been very regular either. Except the last 2months, when I was finally starting with regular training. One year ago my measurements was after pumping BPEL 7,1" BEG 5,5".
So last 2 months my training has been this:
5 days on 2off, training in the morning before work.
5min warm water shower warm up
3 x 5min bathmate low pressure warm water
3 x 60 jelg + 30 v-jelgs
5min warm water warm down
Now I made a new measurement and I was positively surprised. Though, I was expecting that I had grown because I felt that.
Now, the length has not grown at all but girth was! I am still same BPEL 7,1" but my BEG was 6", without pumping! +0,5" for girth!
So thank god I have had progress! Otherwise I would have felt bit disappointed.
From now on I will keep the same morning routine, but I think I will add 3x10min clamping for the evenings. I think 2 days on 1 off for clamping.
I was thinking to add hanging with 1kg/2,5lbs or basic stretches, but not sure yet how, I am afraid that I will mess up my normal routine or have an injury.
But I would like to reach BPEL 8", that would be my goal. I dont mind more girth so lets see what happens.
I will take new measurements after 1 month from now.
I have also started going to gym so I hope that will give me more energy aswell. Current body weight 88kg.
Supplements I take:
30mg Zink
50ug Selenium
8g collagen
250-300mg magnesium
1000mg Omega 3
2 ug b-vitamins
(L-arginine sometimes, I stopped taking it because it made my heart race too much sometimes, and I was able to directly connect that to the arginine use)
