    Hi,

    One year has passed since I joined PEGym. I started with irregular training with bathmate and jelqing. Past year training has not been very regular either. Except the last 2months, when I was finally starting with regular training. One year ago my measurements was after pumping BPEL 7,1" BEG 5,5".

    So last 2 months my training has been this:
    5 days on 2off, training in the morning before work.
    5min warm water shower warm up
    3 x 5min bathmate low pressure warm water
    3 x 60 jelg + 30 v-jelgs
    5min warm water warm down

    Now I made a new measurement and I was positively surprised. Though, I was expecting that I had grown because I felt that.
    Now, the length has not grown at all but girth was! I am still same BPEL 7,1" but my BEG was 6", without pumping! +0,5" for girth!
    So thank god I have had progress! Otherwise I would have felt bit disappointed.

    From now on I will keep the same morning routine, but I think I will add 3x10min clamping for the evenings. I think 2 days on 1 off for clamping.
    I was thinking to add hanging with 1kg/2,5lbs or basic stretches, but not sure yet how, I am afraid that I will mess up my normal routine or have an injury.
    But I would like to reach BPEL 8", that would be my goal. I dont mind more girth so lets see what happens.

    I will take new measurements after 1 month from now.

    I have also started going to gym so I hope that will give me more energy aswell. Current body weight 88kg.

    Supplements I take:
    30mg Zink
    50ug Selenium
    8g collagen
    250-300mg magnesium
    1000mg Omega 3
    2 ug b-vitamins
    (L-arginine sometimes, I stopped taking it because it made my heart race too much sometimes, and I was able to directly connect that to the arginine use)

    7 days of training behind. Gonna keep this day as a rest day. Just because feeling a bit fatique.

    I have decided to not keep rest days if I dont feel fatique/stress. Also because my training is not that intensive.

    Clamping has proven to be very good method for me. It feels like the training is propelly finalized after clamping and it shows a lot of positivie PIs.

    Also doing some edging for 1hour time to time.

      Shit. Noticed a hard lymph vein running along top saft. I will need to give it a rest until it goes away.

        Back in business. Hard vein disappeared. Just did 3x6min pumping and 100x3 normal jelqs and 50x3 V-jelqs.

          Progress going good. Currently doing 6-7min x 3 bathmate and after that jelq + V-jelq. Training session totally last about 1h in the mornings. 1 day off in a week. Feeling a lot thicker already and horny all the time. Erections are more frequent aswell. Good PI’s! I will keep this going. New measurement at the end of next week. Goal is to continue this kind of program for 3months...

            Had a long 2 month pause because all sort of things happening in life. Getting back to routine but decided to start stretching program using extender for 1hour 5 days straight + edging + (maybe hanging), and 2h next five days etc... Lets see how this work. Have been edging for 2 weeks now and EQ is way better and horny all the time. I will take measurement after 1 month and update how progress is going.

              Back again to the routine. Actually had a 2 month pause in the progress because health issues (not PE related) but now back in the training routine.

              Because of the pause decided to start the Bathmate routine from start (https://www.pegym.com/articles/basel...e-more-experts).

              Also I ditched the extender because of my girth it is really uncomfortable for me.

              I have been doing 5-7min sets of three before and now this "correct" routine just tells to increase pressure after every 5mins.
              I have to tell you this really works differently! I think I am currently now going at week 8 or 9. So 4 days a week 20mins BM. Should I increase the days to 5 or more?

              Also different new thing to my routine is that I have included kegel training and edging at the same time with the new BM program, during and after BM. I think that this cements my results. I do the kegels in erection and try to keep all the blood in the penis with the muscles, feels more effective this way. Keeping the muscle tensioned for about 5-10secs x 50.
              Also going to add 5-10mins of jelqing with skin lotion after bathmate and stick to this program for 2months or so. Then I take a new measurement.

              Currently feel thicker than ever, great EQ and a lot of positive indicators. Feels like this is the best program for me.

                  Did these in the morning:

                  5min warm up
                  Helicopter twirls 1min
                  30sec 4 direction basic stretches
                  20min Bathmate
                  5min Jelq with a silicone cockring
                  30 5sec kegels
                  5min warm down

                  Made dinner with some maca powder in it.

                  Edging in the evening:
                  Reached mild ponr 6-7 times.
                  With that 80-90% erection was able to hold my empty backpack hanged from the handle on my cock for 10-15secs at a time. Did those kegels 5 times. Bag is heavier than my towel. Dont know is that safe but I can be happy about the EQ.

                  Btw I have not watched porn in lets say 1 year. Maybe checked some instagram beauties but thats it. Makes a big difference! I just focus on myself and my woman. Keeps me motivated and focused on the routine.
