  • Denchikus' 2019 New Year resolution progress log.

    2019 is essentially just around the corner (5 hours left as of me writing this). This idea of creating a progress log of sorts for P.E has been on my mind for a while now and, since I do not have really any resolutions, I figured I might start one as of right now.

    Starting stats: Length (NBPEL) : 6.0 inches
    Girth : 6.0 inches.

    Goals for the end of 2019: Length (NBPEL) : 7.0 inches
    Girth : >6.0 inches.
    Quit porn completely

    I am quite happy with my girth, however, it will most likely increase indirectly due to me working on length...
    It has been a while since I have watched any sort of pornography, however, the need is still there sometimes and I wish to eliminate the last stains of my addiction...
    I do a rather specific routine where my off days are only Monday, Wednesday and Sunday (usually it is Monday and Wednesday, I don't P.E. on Sunday due to the lack of privacy or if I overdid something on the previous workouts and need some more recovery time)
    My routine consists of:
    10 minute warm up
    Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
    10 minutes of jelqing (will be adding 15 seconds every month)
    20 minutes of edging (will be adding 2.5 minutes every month)
    2.5 minutes of cooldown
    I will be doing some light stretching, bed fowfers to get the blood going and 120 regular and reverse kegels 1 day
    on and 1 day off.
    I will be completely abstaining from masturbation (outside of P.E, at least.) every day to let the penis recover better.
    I will be measuring my morning wood every 2 ish weeks to see if I have made any results.

      Thanks! You can post whenever you want. I post my workouts daily. On rest days, I don't post. I find that it motivates me to post on the days I do workout. That being said, some members prefer to post their workouts weekly or every other day, etc. You are free to post on your log whenever.

        Great job so far! Pornography is not an easy kick! Just gotta stick with it and remember why you stopped. No gets easier every time it's said.

            So apparently running a blog is a bit more difficult than I had thought
            Im thinking of posting measuring results only and what changes I have made to my routine.
            Anyway, from what I have noticed, doing no warm down or cool down after a workout yielded minimal results in 2 weeks.
            So I will be doing this routine for 2 weeks:
            10 minute warm up
            Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
            10.5 minutes of wet jelging.
            25 minutes of edging
            5 minutes of warm down.
            Penis measured at 15.5 cm (which is 6.102 inches). A 0.05 cm increase (0.02 inches).

              Penis measured at 15.75 cm (which is 6.2 inches!). A 0.25 cm increase (~0.1 inches)!
              As of the start of March, I began doing this routine:

              Piss pulls after every time I take a piss and kegels every other day. (110 regular and 130 reverse)!

              What I have changed up?

              1. Began using slightly less temperature on the warm up. My penis feels less tired after stretching after I did so And less tired overall.
              2. Began splitting the jelqing session into 2. For example: I jelq for 10.75 minutes. I set the timer to 5:22 and reapply my lube once more so it wouldn't turn into a half dry jelq towards the end ^^ It seems to be working out well and my penis feels nicer after the jelq session!

                      Greetings and salutations fellow Pegym users and guests! It is time for another update on the progress log !
                      It has been roughly 3 months in total after I began doing PE seriously this year!
                      My initial goal was to gain 0.25 inches ( 0.635 cm).

                      Penis measured at
                      16.2 cm (which is 6.38 inches!). A 0.3 cm increase (~0.12 inches)! (Note - I averaged out the length. Some days I would get 16 cm and some 16.4 cm.)

                      In total, I have gained 0.38 inches in length for these past 3 months!

                        Added in a little bit of light clamping to experiment!

                        Figured that adding another minute on the warm up may be beneficial since it gets the penis a bit more prepared for the routine...

                          Sadly my pc died and won't turn on so I have to use the phone for the update :c
                          But, good news! It was my 19th birthday! :>
                          Penis measured (as of May 1st) at 16.6 cm (which is 6.535 inches!). A 0.2 cm increase (~0.079 inches)!
                          Gained my first half inch guys! Woohoo! Took me roughly 4 months

                          routine:
                          11 minute warm up (1 minute increase)
                          Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
                          11 minutes of wet jelging.
                          30 minutes of edging.
                          5 minutes of warm down.
                          Piss pulls after every time I take a piss and kegels every other day. (110 regular and 130 reverse)
                          A lil bit of light clamping!

                          Made the routine a bit more difficult. I love the veins that clamping gives me.

                            Penis measured (as of May 15th) at 16.7 cm (which is 6.575 inches!). A 0.1 cm increase (~0.04 inches)!
                            Gains are a bit slow, but they are still coming

                            routine:
                            11 minute warm up
                            Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
                            11 minutes of wet jelging.
                            30 minutes of edging.
                            5 minutes of warm down.
                            Piss pulls after every time I take a piss and kegels every other day. (110 regular and 130 reverse)
                            A lil bit of light clamping!

                            I find it interesting how my dick feels more fresh after clamping, as if it rested

                              As it seems, I have been doing stretches wrong. Now that I have fixed my form after watching a few vids my penis hangs much lower after a workout and feels better!
