    2019 is essentially just around the corner (5 hours left as of me writing this). This idea of creating a progress log of sorts for P.E has been on my mind for a while now and, since I do not have really any resolutions, I figured I might start one as of right now.

    Starting stats: Length (NBPEL) : 6.0 inches
    Girth : 6.0 inches.

    Goals for the end of 2019: Length (NBPEL) : 7.0 inches
    Girth : >6.0 inches.
    Quit porn completely

    I am quite happy with my girth, however, it will most likely increase indirectly due to me working on length...
    It has been a while since I have watched any sort of pornography, however, the need is still there sometimes and I wish to eliminate the last stains of my addiction...
    I do a rather specific routine where my off days are only Monday, Wednesday and Sunday (usually it is Monday and Wednesday, I don't P.E. on Sunday due to the lack of privacy or if I overdid something on the previous workouts and need some more recovery time)
    My routine consists of:
    10 minute warm up
    Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
    10 minutes of jelqing (will be adding 15 seconds every month)
    20 minutes of edging (will be adding 2.5 minutes every month)
    2.5 minutes of cooldown
    I will be doing some light stretching, bed fowfers to get the blood going and 120 regular and reverse kegels 1 day
    on and 1 day off.
    I will be completely abstaining from masturbation (outside of P.E, at least.) every day to let the penis recover better.
    I will be measuring my morning wood every 2 ish weeks to see if I have made any results.

    Slept for about 8 hours and woke up with an erection.
    Did:
    10 minute warm up
    Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
    10.25 minutes of wet jelqing
    22.5 minutes of edging
    2.5 minutes of cooldown

    Had next to no trouble holding an erection during jelqing and edging. Penis does not hurt or feel sore after the routine. Will do no kegels for today.

    Slept for roughly 8 hours as yesterday, got a morning erection thankfully
    Did 120 kegels and 120 reverse kegels, have not watched porn or masturbated so far... Massaged my penis lightly to get the blood flowing in the morning and in the evening.

    Slept horribly tonight, probably got 4-5 hours of sleep.
    Woke up with no morning wood :/
    Did:
    10 minute warm up
    Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
    10.25 minutes of wet jelqing
    22.5 minutes of edging
    2.5 minutes of cooldown
    Have not watched porn or masturbated so far.
    Was difficult keeping the erection towards the end of my routine.

    Slept about as bad as yesterday, had no morning wood. However, I had an easier time getting the morning wood.
    Went to the gym today and did the routine towards the end of the evening.
    Did:
    30 minutes of bed fowfers in the morning
    10 minute warm up
    Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
    10.25 minutes of wet jelqing
    22.5 minutes of edging
    2.5 minutes of cooldown
    120 regular and reverse kegels.
    Have not watched porn or masturbated.
    Had an easier time holding an erecting compared to yesterday, despite doing it later in the evening and after gym.

    Slept quite well for 9 hours. Had a morning erection.
    Did:

    22.5 minutes of edging
    2.5 minutes of cooldown
    Have not watched porn or masturbated, had a very easy time holding an erection.

    2019/01/06, Sunday

    Had a very nice sleep and woke up with morning wood
    Did:
    10 minute warm up
    Jp's 90 day beginner routine stretches
    10.25 minutes of wet jelqing
    22.5 minutes of edging
    2.5 minutes of cooldown
    120 regular and reverse kegels.
    Have not watched porn or masturbated, however, I accidentally blew my load after edging :/
    Reverse kegel area hurts a bit now and is quite tight.
    Had a rather easy time holding an erection.

    Thanks! You can post whenever you want. I post my workouts daily. On rest days, I don't post. I find that it motivates me to post on the days I do workout. That being said, some members prefer to post their workouts weekly or every other day, etc. You are free to post on your log whenever.
