    My back story
    I've been PE'ing since I was fourteen years old and gained an impressive 4" in length and 2" in girth from the the summer right before high school to graduation. I started at around 4" by 4" and ended up with 8" by 6". I lost some gains and after that when I joined the military but I continued to PE off and on for the next decade and gained everything back plus .75" in length and .25" in girth.

    Truth be told, I didn't really care about PE for the longest time. I only used my Bathmate whenever I needed to soak my sore muscles and hung when I felt like it. I knew I was big and women liked my size, so I didn't see any point in being bigger. I've always been that ex boyfriend with the bigger dick that in every hole first and drives the new guy crazy. I've also been the ex with the bigger dick that women cheated on. So I didn't have a reason to PE to impress women because it doesn't matter.

    Why don't you do porn?
    Everything changed when I joined Twitter. I went through a bad breakup over the summer and used Twitter as a coping tool, mainly just making jokes and supporting others. I gained over 200 followers a month ever since. With that I made a few female friends, mostly married women and girls in other countries, and the topic of sex came up a lot with them.

    Women on Twitter get unsolicited dick pics constantly. They share them, they retweet them, it's they joke about them, it's a running theme. When I made it clear that I don't send dick pics or creep in women's DM's it seemed to make them want to see it even more. My policy is if you ask me for it I will show you, but we're not going to talk about hooking up or anything afterwards.

    The responses were amazing. Women in other countries were telling me I'm the biggest they've ever seen, that I was too thick for them, and how much they would love to fuck me. And these are women that I still talk to every week, and we don't talk about having sex BTW. But I remember one of them asking me "Why don't you do porn?"

    I never thought about that before, I just figured my size wasn't anything special. There's lots of 8" guys in porn and I'm not all that unique. I don't want to do porn, I just want to look like I can. The more I thought about it the more I thought about being bigger. Then I went back to thinking about my original goals. I remember I wanted to be 10" as thick as a lady's wrist (6.5"). That's how I decided to return to PE to finish what I started.


    Current stats:
    BPEL: 8.75"
    BPEG: 6.375"

    Goal:
    BPEL: 10"
    BPEG: 6.5"

    Routine: ABA BAB

    Monday - 1/7
    Warmup: Head pump 1.5" @ 10"Hg 5 min
    Head pump: 1.75" @ 15"Hg 3x5min
    Hanging: 20lbs 15min

    Wednesday - 1/9
    Warmup: XX40 @10"Hg for 5min
    Pump: 2.25" @ 15"Hg for 2x10min
    Hanging: 25lbs 2x10 min

    Friday - 1/11
    Warmup: 1.5" @ 10"Hg for 5 min
    Head pump: 1.75" @ 15"Hg for 2x10min
    Hanging: 30lbs for 10 min.

      I may have overdone it with hanging 30lbs. I didn't warm up properly or do enough warmup sets before I started. I have some minor bruising now. It's nothing I haven't encountered before and it should be gone in a few days. But I think I might have to a few days off, maybe do BAB on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. And hanging with 30lbs felt pretty good but I will take it back to 20lbs, use fractional weights for 1/4lb increments, and hang for 2 sets of 10-15min from now on.

          I'm using the bib hardcore with a strip of theraband and an NBA wristband. My weight setup is an Olympic pin, D-ring, and weights from Dick's sporting goods.

          I wouldn't say my genetics are a factor for size as much as they are with healing. I heal quickly (even with my sensitive skin that bruises easily) so I can train harder more often. Worst case scenario I get a few bruises and some inflammation. That all goes away within 2-3 days and then I almost over do it again.

            Monday - 1/14
            Warmup: XX40 and 2" @ 10"Hg
            Pump: 2.25" @ 10"Hg 15min,10min
            Hanging: 20lbs for 10min, 20.25lbs for 10min

            Bruises are much better today. I applied some steroid cream, took a few hot baths over the weekend, and got them to that dark red with light red color that means I can train again. I was careful enough with hanging that I could get it done with bruises by hanging more towards the base.

              I took a nap for about 4hrs and the bruises are almost gone. They are a light redish color now, which means they will he gone by Wednesday. I applied some more hydrocortisone cream and edged a little but that was it. No ice packs or NSAIDs.

              I think the edema had something to do with it. Because I always pump until I get a donut and then rest. Occasionally I will use ice and NSAIDs if the inflammation is too much to handle, but normally I don't. I seem to heal really fast and I think this is part of the reason why.

                        The bruises are Completely gone today. I must be getting used to skinny pumping for head growth because there was hardly any edema today. I noticed while jedging (jacking off and edging) that my head is getting bigger along with everything else. I measured myself in a 8.875", a full 1/8" longer that 2 weeks ago, but it's still too early to say those are permanent gains for certain.

                        My hanging sessions have just been agonizingly painful in the final minutes. I can warm up, hang for a few minutes with 5lbs, then 10lbs, then 15lbs, then 20lbs, and 25lbs, with no problem. It gets a little uncomfortable towards the higher end but it still feels good.... Then I add that fractional plate and it gets tough. I can handle the first 7-8 out of 10 minutes easily but that last 2-3 minutes I'm seething. I have to calm my breath and distract myself by watching porn or YouTube until the timer runs out. I also have to get into a possission where I'm standing bent over a counter or hands on knees to get comfortable. Sound INSANE but I know I'm growing from this. I'm not getting near as much inflammation of inner bruising from this either. So I must be doing something right.

                        I'm still playing around with my hanging time and sets. I think I'm going to stick with the same weight but have one set of 10 minutes instead of 2, and then have a longer set of 20-30 minutes with 10lbs less. Kinda something similar to a workout I've done that works strength in the first set and endurance on the second.

                            On second thought, I'm going to have to wait on hanging until my edema goes away. I can't get my Bib hanger to close. I'm not even using a lot of wrap

                            I'm going to have to change replace the screw on top with a longer one because I'm getting too thick for it.

                              Keep it up man. Just wanted to add, are you going to update your first post? About why you decided to get serious about PE again? You are pretty huge. I'm looking to get to 9x7 someday. Do you remember your initial stats?
