    I've been PEing for a couple years now on and off. I've seen some gains, but I've been serious about my routine since 8/01/18. I've gone through JP90 a couple times and now I have a bathmate that I've been using in my routine.

    My new routine is:
    5 min bathmate: 5.5"-6"
    2 min jelq
    5 min bathmate
    2 min jelq
    5 min bathmate
    2 min jelq
    2 days on 1 day off

    I'm hoping to add 2 more sets in the next couple of weeks but I've been seeing PI's with this current routine. I have a bigger flaccid penis. I have a few red dots but it never effects my erections. My erections are always extremely hard, especially after a workout session. Hoping to gain a ton of girth and some length while I'm at it.

          Not so much routines, but certain exercises. I like the uli stretch. It is intense, and takes time. But when i dedicate myself, it always shows results.

            Today I measured during an edging session at

            EL: 6.6
            EG: 5.1

            Still not many noticeable gains. As far as PI's go they seem positive after a session. With a bigger and better hang. I decided to modify my routine to includes Slow-Squash Jelq.

            My new routine is:
            5 min bathmate: 6"-6.1"
            2 min SSJ
            2 min jelq
            5 min bathmate
            2 min SSJ
            2 min jelq

            5 min bathmate
            2 min SSJ
            2 min jelq

            2 days on 1 day off

            I'm honestly a little surprised I haven't seen more gains with PI's I've been having. I've tried SSJ and they seem to improve my girth but I haven't seen any concrete results yet. Gonna work through it a couple more week before I measure again.

              I decided to do manual exercises at the end up BM routine because I'm at full expansion and will be able to get the most gains possible. I do jelq for 2 min in between sets because it helps me get better erections going into the BM.

              Improved routine:
              5 min bathmate: 6"-6.1"
              2 min jelq
              5 min bathmate
              2 min jelq
              5 min bathmate
              2 min jelq

              SSJ for 1 min - seems to be as long as I can hold it
              jelq 2 min

              (continue sets for as long as I'm able to achieve erection - so far just 2)
              2 days on 1 day off

                I recently measure at
                EG: 5.2
                EL: 6.6

                I also just received the sizegenetics which I will start using along with the bathmate. My hope is to stimulate length gains and hopefully solidify some additional girth as well.

                      Decided to take a break from slow-squash jelq and do some uli work. I'm doing this for muscle confusion so my body doesn't plateau only using one manual girth workout.

                        Dick was tired from stretching all day so I didn’t do too much manual work. Measure at 5.2 girth when I was edging. Hoping to bring that up I’ve been stuck there a while.

                              3x5 erect squeezes
                              10x10sec horse squeezes - may be too many hard to get erection afterwards. Didn't realize how intense it was.
